Motel 6 Rock Hill

Live cockroaches in the room. Front desk said they would send someone to the room but never did. Phone in room never worked.

My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight as I became sleepy while driving. The Baymont by Wyndham in Rock Hill seemed like a nice place to stay, and the room seemed clean. It wasn't until the nighttime that the problems began. I KILLED 6 GERMAN COCKROACHES BY MIDNIGHT!!! The room phone didn't work for me to call the front office, so I had to look up the number for the front desk online, which was difficult in its own right as most results led to a general reservations desk off campus. When I finally found the correct number to call the front desk via my cellphone, the desk attendant didn't seem surprised and didn't offer any help. I asked for a refund so we could go find another hotel, but HE REFUSED!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!?

Place was cheap. Was not happy with the room conditions, floor wet and roaches. Had a puddle of water right in front of door from AC drainage.

unbelievably wonderful for the price. one of the best rooms my wife & I have ever stayed in. super cheap, super clean, and all around super wonderful.

Bedbugs!! Would not allow me to talk with a manager. Went to desk at 5:30am with a pillow and the bug still crawling on the pillow and was told to wait until 7am and someone would be there I could talk to about not paying for the 2 rooms. Waited until 7 and then was told no one until 7:30 or 8am and that they had already talked to that person. That person would have to talk to "his uncle the manager" on Monday and they would do "an investigation" Monday to see if they found any bugs and decide if I would have to pay for the rooms or not!! The charges were already pending on my account! I made sure the people eating breakfast already were aware of what I found!

Trying to get my refund been waiting for 8 day really 12. It's hard as hell to get I. Customer Service. It is ridiculous My money that's why I hate to do any kind of de deposit
