Room was run down. Toilet didnt flush. Wholes in sheets and blankets. Stains in the towels

We got to the hotel and checked in. When we got to our rooms we could instantly feel the dirt in the floors. They were sticky and didn’t smell very good. The paint on the ceiling was falling off. Every piece of bedding had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. The air conditioning unit barely worked. The only reason we stayed is because there was really no other option. The staff kept trying to barge in after only doing one little tap on the door. I would at least like to be refunded half of my money, due to the fact it wasn’t worth almost 400 dollars. There is no washing machines or dryers at the facility so I’m confused on how they wash the bedding.

I've never been to a place where is so terrible and disgusting, bed smell really bad, uncomfortable bed, bedbugs, said non-smoking room but you still could smell the cigarette, my kids and I couldn't sleep, i wouldn't recommend anyone to sleep there. First and last time.

Room was dirty got a non smoking room because of our 2 year old and the bed sheets had a cigarette burn on them and the sheets were dirty! The floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled werid

So smelly, dirty, holes in walls, extremely uncomfortable mattresses with burn holes in the bedding. Would not recommend.

The floor in the room was dirty. Though we booked a room for two adults there was only one bath towel.
