Comfort Inn & Suites Rock Springs-Green River

An older facility in need of upgrading. Our room had older carpeting that had a tear in it. Corners and crevices in different areas had grime visible. Bathroom ceramic tile grout was dirty. I found an empty envelope with the names of the two ladies who cleaned our room- an obvious ask for a tip. Not against tipping, but please don't 'ask' for it. No soap or shampoo dispensers in the shower.

Easy checkin. Room clean but a little a shabby. Example veneer missing on furniture in places, no bathroom tissues but al in all adequate. Staff friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast ok not a lot of choice for warm food.

The property was great, the only thing that caused the lost star rating was the room heater. It was waaaay too hot! We had to turn it off during the night, I think the thermostat must have been broken.

lobby area was clean. front desk staff was friendly. i do find it strange that housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 7am. never seen that before. The pool and spa.... spa was so dark u couldnt see the bottom. i didnt get in. turned the jets on to see what happened and it immediately filled with a foot of foam. i know for a fact thats not safe. pool doesnt look like the bottom has been cleaned in years. felt like the heater wasnt working either. pool area Definitely left neglected for awhile.

Heater worked when we arrived in Wy at 7:30pm. Sometime during the night it stopped working. No heat in the morning. There was no hot water either in the morning .

Enjoyed fresh fruit options at breakfast. Beds were comfy and everything clean.

Everything great. Loved the hot tub. Wonderful food at breakfast, lots of choices. Highly recommend!

Great room, clean and good breakfast. A little loud from interstate traffic.
