Extended Stay America Suites - Washington, DC - Rockville

The toilet is bad and water stopped working sometimes, the room ambient is bad.

We didn’t get the room we payed for because they overbooked, place was nasty, our kitchen came with nothing in it to cook with, no breakfast was there, and the floors on the first floor was gone on one side. Place was really run down and didn’t look like the pictures. Our tub was so dirty we had to put a towel down to stand inside. The phone didn’t work and we had no heat just air coming out.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Tried to use the phone to get someone and waited 10 min for someone. Then they seemed annoyed that we needed to check in. Elevator had a horrible smell and the room was dirty. Husband had to ask them the come clean it. Bed was very hard. Won’t be going back.

Room Had Cockroaches and they would not refund me when i changed my mind on staying.

They pride themselves on a 10-point cleaning system??? I had what looked like blood in my tub AND the towels/soap were laid out as if to say "ready to use". The exhaust fan was all taped up, stains on the wall...... need I go on?

Very good shopping nearby, kitchen was good, but i tried to get utensils to eat with and no one was at the feont desk

I wont be coming back There was never anyone at the front desk, the kitchen had no way to use it without asking for help from the front desk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so it kepted coming undone, and there was no cover on the mattress. No sheets for the pull out couch either.

We saw mouse in the hotel room. Front deck changed the room for us after that. No breakfast. Only grab and go coffee. Property is pretty old.
