Because it was a weekend, I stayed at a hotel far from Jasper Scenic Area. I didn't expect that the scenery on the road was also very good. The hotel room was very clean and the front desk service was generally good.

We wanted to visit Rocky Mountain House for a weekend and this BW property was my first choice as a BWR Gold member. The location is great, with many restaurant nearby including a Boston Pizza across the street and Tim Hortons in the same parking lot. The staff were friendly and warm. We absolutely loved the pool. The waterslide was a hit with the kids while we adults enjoyed the jetted hot tub. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot food. Our room was comfortable and spacious but noisy. I had requested a room closer to the pool for convenience and was given the room right next to the pool entrance doors. As far as convenience goes, you can't get much closer but it meant listening to the LOUD pool generator all through the night. It was white noise to the kids but I had a hard time falling asleep. All in all, we had a great stay and would return again, just not in that particular room.
