Tru by Hilton Rogers Bentonville

Hotel room was clean, it didnt get cleaned in our 3 night stay and had to ask for more towels. But the staff was great! My only gripe was the. Breakfast was not put out on time and we were pressed for time to eat and head to the ball fields. So we could not get breakfast a couple mornings because it was late to be set up. Other than that I would stay here again.

Clean room overall, however the bed sheets reeked of someone else's perfume. I did not complain to the front desk because I hoped I would see the cleaning staff in the hallway at some point the next day. I did not see them and further, when I entered my room at the end of the day, my bed was not even made. Towels were not replenished either.

I was there for business and the atmosphere was charming and quiet which is what I needed before long meetings the next day. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was in the lobby all day. Another perk that I thoroughly enjoyed! Beds were even super comfy! 10/10 and will stay here for my next business trip coming up.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. We will certainly stay here again.

There are homeless people living right outside the hotel door. There is a car and a wheelchair and garbage all over. I said something to the front desk and she said I should call the police if I feel unsafe. Isn’t that the hotel‘s responsibility to secure the safety of their guests?

Elizabeth at front desk was super nice. She even came hurrying back cause she was kind enough to take care of a guest that needed assistance.

The front desk staff were the only employees I interacted with, and they were all AMAZING! Pillows need some work though, they go very flat, very quickly.
