1 Mi to Dtwn Rogers: Convenient Getaway w/ Patio

We’ve stayed here previously, and will continue to when we have work events in the area. I have some medical issues that make it necessary to have access to a kitchen to cook our own food while traveling. This little house is the perfect size for our needs, and it’s a nice place to crash at after a work day. Host provides good communication, is conscientious and great to work with. Just a lovely stay each time!

This lit’l house is perfect! We rented to stay during a work event, but the Lit’l House made the trip feel like a vacation. The house is comfortable with a nicely outfitted kitchen. The area is quiet and tucked into a cozy neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and provided just the right touches. We will definitely be returning when we need lodging in the area!

Great place Great place to stay. Many little extras to Make you feel at home. Great people that make you feel so welcome. Will stay here whenever in the area

This was a comfortable place to stay. It was immaculately clean and the host is very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —＞ pretty sweet set up.
