The hotel is close to the airport, but if you're relying on public transport, there's only a local bus, and no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, which makes it inconvenient if you need to buy anything later. To get to central Paris, you'd either need to take a taxi or take a bus to the station first, or go directly by bus. However, the bus-only option has limited operating hours, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, it was great to have free, unlimited filtered water available on every floor. The hotel itself seemed a bit old, but I had a comfortable stay.

Nice establishment. Well-equipped studio. Varied breakfast. Front desk service was a bit slow and not always able to meet my requests. Even though I had paid on Trip.com, I was asked to pay again (a different and cheaper amount…). They eventually refunded me (the lower amount, of course) at the end of my stay for this error, but without offering any compensation (a complimentary late check-out or a discount on an extra night would have been greatly appreciated under these circumstances!)

The bed was extremely creaky. It woke me up in the middle of the night when I tossed and turned. It was loud! But otherwise the room was fine. Hotel was nice but only problem was it was in the middle of nowhere. Nearest train station was a 25 min walk away.

Everything was great – except for the location. There's nothing interesting in the vicinity, and having to take a 5-euro round-trip bus to the airport just to get to Paris isn't very appealing. Overall, for those needing to spend a night between flights, this is an ideal option. However, we booked a studio with a kitchenette at Hyatt House (it's the same building, only the rooms differ) for several days, not a room at Hyatt Place, and that turned out not to be the best choice. Everything else was wonderful: the breakfast, the decent indoor pool, and the studio itself. We especially want to commend Benjamin, the young man at the front desk – he seriously helped us with a problem we encountered.

Best place if you want to travel to Paris Airport, excellent shuttle service via Taxi by Hyatt Hotel (costing 7 Euro). Breakfast recommended. Checkin time 15 pm, so plan accordingly

I liked the hotel, the service was excellent, and everything was close to shopping malls.

Absolutely avoid this place! First, the booking confirmation stated that check-in was from 3 pm. We arrived at 8 pm and not a single room was ready! There were dozens of us waiting at the bar, which, of course, was so crowded there wasn't enough room for everyone. We were standing in a corner, surrounded by Amazon packages scattered all over the floor. Not very classy for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars! After waiting for two hours, we started to lose patience. So I went to reception to ask if it was possible to get a refund so we could leave, explaining that this situation was unacceptable. The only response I received was, "I'll check with my manager." Strangely enough, at that point, they found us a room within ten minutes. We paid the security deposit and were given a voucher for two drinks at the bar. We went to collect them and took them up to our room. Until the end of our stay, the glasses remained in the room uncleaned: the housekeeping staff never removed them. The room was advertised as "air-conditioned," but the air conditioning didn't work. We called reception to report the problem. Of course, the response was: "We'll send a technician." To this day, we're still waiting. That evening, around 8 p.m., we decided to call the restaurant to find out what time they served. No luck: two calls, no answer. We then tried reception: three calls, still no answer! We really couldn't have had an emergency. The next day, upon our departure, when we returned the room keys, we were informed that the tourist tax would be deducted from our security deposit. This is the first time we've ever seen this. Tourist tax and a security deposit are two different things: you don't collect taxes from a security deposit. No attempt was made to manage the situation, and no apology was offered. Seriously, this hotel is not worthy of its four stars! I think even an Ibis would have been more professional!

We stayed here two years ago and had a great experience. This time, there were a lot of things wrong: we were missing a couch cushion, the faucet was loose, and the bathroom water wouldn't drain. We were given a room for people with disabilities...don't ask me why. Breakfast was good, but because it was so busy, you often had to wait for clean plates, cutlery, coffee, and other items. Tables were either occupied or not cleared. The pool was dirty, with clumps of hair and lockers that didn't work. At checkout, we were asked about our stay...I explained all this and was told: "I'll do better next time."

The hotel is quite large; it takes a long walk from the lobby to the rooms.

The smell of sewage around the bathroom was a bit annoying, but there was a microwave and other kitchen items so I was able to cook my own meals and save money.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable

Very good stay in your hotel which is super clean, quiet and very well maintained. We will return.

It's the best hotel near the airport.. but there are some water stains on the bathroom shower and walls, so it seems like it needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast is very good.
