"1. **Location:** Situated in Dukezong Ancient Town, it's a pleasant 300m walk to Moonlight Square and Guishan Park. There's also a Shangri-La photo wall right outside the hotel. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, and getting a taxi to Songzanlin Monastery is very easy. 2. **Service:** The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. They not only proactively helped with our luggage but also thoughtfully provided pickup and drop-off services, which were truly touching details. 3. **Room:** The rooms are designed in a ******* style, showcasing strong local characteristics. They are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and even come with heating. The bathroom features a heated toilet seat and a bathtub. From the small skylight, you can even catch a glimpse of the prayer wheel on Guishan. 4. **Breakfast:** The breakfast is rich and varied, including rice noodles, fried rice with egg, stir-fried greens, steamed sweet potato, corn, eggs, butter tea, soy milk, milk, and tremella soup. This was a truly satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"The hotel is inside the Ancient Town. Hence, Didi will drop you at the North Gate of the town. Dont worry as the staff will contact you upfront, they will bring their mini-truck like wheeler that will carry 2 person + your luggage to the hotel, which is on top of a slight incline. A word or reminder, as the town is around 3,200 meters elevation, for some people, altitude sickness is very real, and the hotel being on top of a slight hill may need to be part of your consideration. That being said, the actual distance from hotel to the gate is only 400 meters, so unless you have AMS or unfit, its actually very close. In fact, the hotel and Guishang Park and the main Dukezong square is only 400 meters as well. Amazing location! The view from my room is absolutely incredible. Shout out to the helpfull staff as well, always willing to help via Wechat."

"Traveling with a large family of eight, including seniors, we initially booked an oxygen-enriched B&B. However, we found that the Wyndham hotel was similarly priced and included breakfast, so we switched to this one. The location is excellent, right next to a hospital, which is very convenient if anyone experiences altitude sickness. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms have humidifiers, which is a nice touch."

"This was my first trip to Shangri-La, and when choosing a hotel, beyond location, an oxygen-supplied room was a must-have. Choosing this place turned out to be absolutely the right decision! They offer both ambient oxygen enrichment and personal nasal oxygen tubes, which really helped alleviate symptoms for companions suffering from altitude sickness. The service here was also the best throughout my entire Yunnan trip. Before check-in, they set up a dedicated customer group chat where service was available until midnight, and any requests were promptly addressed. Both at check-in and check-out, they proactively assisted with our luggage, even helping us load it into the car. A huge thank you to them! The location is excellent, very close to the ancient town. It's super convenient for shopping, ordering delivery, and hailing taxis."

"Go down more than 10 meters and turn left to the Dukezong Ancient Town. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from the Moonlight Square Big Buddha Temple prayer wheel. The transportation is very convenient, and it is very quiet and not noisy at all. The location is very good. It is conveniently equipped with oxygen inhalation equipment, although we didn't use it. The boss is a very enthusiastic ******* Tashi, and he gave us two small prayer wheel pendants when we left. Shangri-La is really a place to cleanse the soul, and I will come again if I have the chance!"
