Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. We stayed in this accommodation for a weekend in Rome. At first, everything was wonderful: the driver picked us up on time from the airport even at night and the accommodation was clean and centrally located, right next to St. Peter's Basilica. Unfortunately, the owner was more than unfriendly when we discovered on the penultimate day that one of us was missing 50 euros. We are sure that the money was stolen. But instead of accommodating us in any way, absolutely nothing was done. In addition, it was stated in Booking and discussed with the hotel owner that we would be allowed to leave our suitcases in our room on the last day, even after check-out. After our complaint, this was suddenly no longer possible and we had to look for a storage facility for our luggage on the same day. In addition, we were threatened that our creditworthiness would be questioned and the owner deleted our booking on *********** so that we could no longer leave a review there. This behaviour is really very unfortunate, as the driver was really friendly and the accommodation is located near St. Peter's B. The owner, however, showed herself to be absolutely not trustworthy. In the end, a friend was even illegally charged money from her credit card, which she had to reclaim over a period of weeks. The accommodation is therefore unfortunately not to be recommended.

Was here with my husband and my two girls. The place is very cute, clean and literally a few steps from Piazza San Pietro. We stayed in an apartment with kitchen and helped me a lot since i have two 5 year’s picky eaters. There are many restaurants and bars in Borgo Pio so I fully recommend it

Sono stato nell'appartamento No.1 di questa Guest House e devo dire che ho avuto un'esperienza molto buona. Stanza ampia e bagno pulito. Cambio biancheria giornaliero. Posizione ottima e strategica, essendo in una zona molto centrale e bella di Roma, a 3 minuti a piedi da Piazza S.Pietro, e con diversi ristoranti nella strada sottostante la struttura. Stazione metro Ottaviano a 10 minuti a piedi. Prezzo nella media, trattandosi di una struttura in zona residenziale. Consigliato per brevi pernottamenti.

Sistemazione davvero ottima, posizione centralissima per chi vuole soggiornare in zona Vaticano, praticamente a 30 secondi da piazza San Pietro. Comunque molto vicina anche la metro per visitare tutta Roma. Non manca nulla, pulizia, cortesia, Wi-Fi, TV, aria condizionata, ciabattine, letti comodissimi e teli bagno in quantità. Consigliatissimo

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, persone entrate dopo di noi sono state servire prima di noi. La pasta la Carbonara e la Cacio e pepe pessime. Paghi per essere a mangiare vicino a san Pietro e per essere derubato. In altri ristoranti paghi meno e mangi meglio.

El lugar excelente, con trato como de familia La ubicación era extraordinaria. Los restaurantes del frente del hotel sabrosos. Llegue a lugar y ya me tenían la habitación lista todo sin prisa y muy profesional. Luego te informan bien de cómo pasear por todo Roma.

Ci sono stato con mia moglie dopo che siamo stati “rapiti “dal proprietario vicino il Vaticano , eravamo scettici ma una volta seduti ci siamo fatti elencare le varie portate ,alla fine abbiamo optato per un calzone alla romana ottimo gustosissimo, e una tagliata di manzo con patate ( peccato che dovevo ripartire sapeva di poco ) straordinaria, bel posto bella atmosfera e prezzo più che giusto visto che si mangia a due passi da San Pietro 😉👌🏻Bravi ragazzi siete bravissimi

Struttura in posizione strategica rispetto a molti punti di interesse della città. Grazioso e accogliente il borgo che ospita la struttura. Host disponibile e gentile. Peccato per la pulizia non impeccabile già all'arrivo, che non è stata comunque mai effettuata nei giorni di permanenza. Altro neo, il mancato cambio della biancheria, nonostante siamo rimasti più giorni. Aspetti non trascurabili per una location che potrebbe essere al top.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel mini appartamento posto al secondo piano di un grazioso palazzetto dietro il Vaticano,posizione ottimale per arrivare a piedi dappertutto. Camera pulita ,grande con ogni tipo di confort.Sicuramente prenoterò per un altro fine settimana.
