Immersed in a green oasis, currently, the smell of jasmine induces sleep. I'm happy to have discovered it and stayed there. Well located structure, especially which has interests at the Foro Italico in Rome. Order, cleanliness and discretion are the "masters". The kindness of the staff is an added value. Excellent price/quality ratio. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location for transport where you can reach the center in a short time. Nice area and very nice building. The internally new structure. It is a basement with large windows. Mattress and pillows not very comfortable. We had a problem with the heating which was resolved kindly and promptly by the manager. Spacious room with very nice bicycle references.. Missing a small light on the bedside tables. Some small flaws also in the bathroom such as the shower curtain and poor towel hangers. Breakfast with packaged products in a shared kitchen.. Nice idea! Maybe interesting to return in the summer season.

In a very central position, a residence equipped with all comforts and top quality. The comfortable stay is completed by Olga who follows you in a discreet and kind way. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and bathroom, as if you were at home. Highly recommended

The property is located in a very nice and well-kept building without a lift. The location is very quiet and close to the Vatican City. Simple but well kept and clean structure. The owner was kind and available for any clarification. In general I rated my stay at this property as excellent.

Excellent location for those who have to go to the Foro Italico, everything super organized and excellent cleanliness. Found it to be really clean and also in an excellent location. The possibility of being able to leave your bags until late is also very good
