Great Stay! Mauricio was super accommodating and helpful. This property is a 15-20 minute walk from a tram line and less mins to many buses. It’s an apartment with about 5 or 6 large bedrooms that are divided into the guest rooms and has a shared kitchen and private bathroom for each room.

We arrived late in the evening & Maurizio stayed late to check us in. He showed us around the place & explained the operation, as it was a shared bathroom & kitchen. He actually walked me around the neighbourhood to show me some highlights & took me to a grocery store to buy some essentials for the morning. Maurizio is a most kind & friendly host as is his wife Audrey. Audrey had provided a welcome package of 2 cokes, apples, chocolate bars, yogurt & a bottle of wine. The next day I had to give her back the cokes as we are diabetic. When we got back to the room after a day out there were 2 Coke Zero in the fridge. The area was a quiet suburb of Rome. The bed was very comfortable & they had just installed a new fridge in the room. They are in the process of renovating so that each room will have its' own bathroom. We look forward to returning there to see the results.

It was a great stay at this hotel. Maurizio gave us a fantastic tour of the area upon arrival! The room was very clean and comfortable. Great job!

We had a great stay at the Guest House! The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which is important in the hot summer in Rome. The bathroom was clean and right next to the room we stayed in. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other guests, but it really wasn’t a big deal and they were also super clean and considerate. The owners were very nice and hospitable as well! It’s well located right by a bus stop and a 15 minute walk from the Garbatella metro so it was easy to get to and from. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great accesses and comfortable bed. Audrey is a very attentive and kind host . It is never easy to find a place in Rome with affordable prices and good connections. It seems that they have found the right balance and I am grateful for that. Ci vediamo presto

Very elegant rooms equipped with every type of comfort. Excellent location located in a splendid and quiet place, immersed in the Caffarella Park. You can reach the center in a few minutes with Pulitissimo buses

At first I had some doubts given the few reviews, but then I realized that it depended on the fact that it has just opened, and considering that this can be a big plus, I booked. The choice was decidedly lucky: large, clean rooms with independent air conditioning/heating, very kind and helpful managers, 100 meters from the marvelous Appia Antica and the Quo Vadis church/Caffarella park, numerous shops and services and 5 bus stops from Colosseum! What else? Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Very convenient for moving to any part of Rome, completely immersed in the greenery of the Appia Antica archaeological park. The owners are very kind and immediately put us at ease.
