Borgo Ripa Urban Travel

I wouldn’t stay here again. The place honestly gave me prison vibes. The room was cramped, offered very little privacy, and the sheets didn’t seem clean. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The toilet on the upper floor wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the ground floor to use a tiny toilet. On top of that, I had to ask reception for the key every single time. At one point, the receptionist couldn’t even find the key, which meant I had no access to a toilet. The place was also extremely noisy. The entrance door and keypad made a lot of noise whenever someone came or went, and several guys staying in the building were loud and inconsiderate, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. To make matters worse, someone started carrying out door repair near my bed, late in the evening while I was trying to sleep. Overall, the accommodation felt poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The whole experience was really good, clean, nice location, and the greatest reception! Victoria was really nice and I really appreciate it as it was my first day in Italy! I’ll for sure coming back here just to see her!

The stay didn't cost so much and I like that the environment and toilet with bathroom were clean to an extent and there are locks on the Dors which makes it secure. The reception has good staff, they are welcoming and helpful.

Very welcoming staff, comfy beds extremely clean bathroom facilities. Was here for six nights and could not fault the place. Beautiful grounds outside the hostel

I've never seen such a bad hostel. The internet speed was extremely slow and kept dropping. The noise was incredibly loud with the windows closed, making it impossible to sleep all night. There was only one plug-in outlet next to the bed.

The location is almost impossible to find it I did turn around 3 times even google maps was lost to find it very hard no signe outside to show the location the stuff was nice the breakfast good the cleaning good The towels rent 3 € The locker not available you must buy locks they don’t offer one included the payment

Really enjoyed my time at Borgo Ripa. The staff were so kind. The rooms were clean — everyday I would find my bed made and stuff folded. There was water, utensils, and a microwave if we needed it. The place was secure too. There were codes for everything. The area was pretty and the location was a bit accessible. There were restaurants nearby and a few buses that passed. I guess my only complaints are: 1) the surrounding area was dark at night (not their fault, but kinda scary for a solo female traveler) 2) the bathroom lights were powered by a sensor, which would frequently turn off. But that’s it.
