Very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lovely staff and a great location at the top of the Spanish steps! There isn’t an amazing view or anything from the rooms (or at least the room we had) but still had great space, had a lift, clean bathroom and good amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Brand new Hotel within walking distance of the famossisima Piazza di Spagna. Among many 5-star Hotels, this small 3-star Hotel has nothing to envy from their competitors! Free upgrade on arrival! Terrific customer service, Daniele was at our service from before our arrival until the last day at the Hotel! They will also open a restaurant soon, I will definitely come back here for my next trips to Rome!!

Incredible stay at Residenzia Piranesi. The hotel is very well located, next to the Plaza de España and its famous stairs. It is practically new, so you have the feeling that everything is very clean. It is a simple hotel but it does not lack details. The best is the team that works there. They are all wonderful and willing to help you with everything. I am clear that if I return to Rome, I will stay at the Piranesi. Thanks for all!

It's splendid. Everything. The welcome, the availability, the attention, the precision. Access is very easy simply via 1 code! Elegant, very clean, new, refined, fantastic sheets, spacious room, large and excellent bathroom for cleanliness, the type and size of the shower, towels, lighting, accessories, quality of soaps. Breakfast really ok. Perfect, very good. It's very quiet. You always have to stay in the hotel, in the room, it's so nice to stay there!
