Our stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. I especially loved this hotel. The service was excellent, and the location was incredibly central – a three-minute walk to the fountain and a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping center. Before bed, they even laid out my slippers, poured water, and closed the curtains. It's the best five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I will definitely come back.

Superb! I rarely leave reviews, but even though I was traveling alone and don't speak English, the staff were incredibly helpful. I especially loved the lady who used a translation app to explain the history and series of rooms floor by floor, without getting impatient. My clothes and cosmetics were a mess in the room, but they were all neatly arranged when I came back from my trip. I had booked a more expensive place before, but they didn't provide this level of service. I'll definitely book here again next time.
