I spent three nights here during my three-day trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. This hotel is definitely underrated, with not many reviews on Ctrip.
**Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming when we checked in. They greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel, or whenever we encountered them. We arrived early at 9:30 AM, and they allowed us to store our luggage and even took us to breakfast. The night before our departure, they called to confirm if we needed a taxi reservation.
**Breakfast:** Breakfast is included in the room rate, and you absolutely must try their semi-buffet breakfast. It's from a Michelin-starred restaurant and tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with breakfast every morning, and the terrace restaurant is beautiful.
**Room:** The room size isn't large, but that's typical for hotels in central Rome, so it was acceptable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with housekeeping twice a day. They even neatly coiled our charging cables.
**Ambiance and Location:** The overall decor is quite nice. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. We must have passed the Trevi Fountain dozens of times during our walks over these few days.
