Das Hotel ist eines von drei weiteren Hotels, die im selben Gebäude verteilt ist. Der Eingangsbereich gleicht eher einer Baustelle. Im Aufzug dürfen maximal 2 Personen fahren. Somit beträgt die Wartezeit etwas länger.
Das Hotel befindet sich im 6.Stockwerk. Die Rezeption ist selten besetzt. Die Arbeiter , die die restlichen Stockwerke renovieren schlafen im 5. Stockwerk und waren auch manchmal extrem laut ( Tür knallt ständig zu)
Das Badezimmer war groß aber an einigen Stellen defekt. Die Badewanne wurde schief eingebaut , die Stange ist rausgefallen - somit war das duschen mühsam.
Im Zimmer sollte man keine wertlosen rum stehen lassen, denn die Tür wird manchmal von der Reinigungskraft nicht immer abgeschlossen.
Die Lage ist relativ ok. Man ist in der Nähe vom roma termini - dem Bahnhof . Allerdings sollte man sich am Abend nicht dort aufhalten. Der Geruch sowie auch die unzähligen Obdachlosen sind erschreckend .

Iniziamo dal fatto che é uno dei pochi che ho potuto prenotare usufruendo di un pacchetto regalo emozione 3. A primo impatto la camera sembrava normale e ristrutturata da poco poi guardandomi un attimo in giro noto la porta bagno gonfia di umidità, comodini rovinati e questo è il meno. Il problema è il copriletto con diverse macchie e uno strappo al centro, la tenda macchiata di sangue, per finire vado a fare la doccia e appena apro l acqua salta via il rompi getto del telefono facendo uscire l'acqua in modo diretto. Veramente stanza pessima.

Stanza squallida è dir poco, sporca, il bagno indecente. Purtroppo non ho fatto foto. Al momento che dovevamo fare il check, non risponde nessuno al telefono, quindi ci rechiamo lì e attaccato all'ascensore troviamo un altro numero. Troviamo un signore scorbutico e non ci spiega niente. L'unica foto è la facciata ed è l'unica cosa che troverete uguale.

Ho prenotato l’hotel tramite Smartbox perché avevo bisogno di un hotel da appoggio per visitare Roma. Devo dire che la posizione è ottima(vicino 10 minuti alla stazione metro Repubblica) e la via appare molto tranquilla; nonostante ciò,credo che questo non possa essere neanche definito hotel,ma affittacamere ,in quanto la reception è inesistente e l’unico modo per comunicare con gli albergatori è il canale whatsapp. La camera minimale ,carina è abbastanza pulita ma non troppo,ma completamente diversa dalle fotografie di presentazione. La porta in legno era praticamente spaccata e la moquette molto rovinata. Il secondo giorno mancava l’acqua e abbiamo dovuto attendere un po’ per poter usufruire di doccia e bagno. L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Posto carino,ma non ci tornerei.

Prenotata tramite smartbox, il personale molto gentile. Purtroppo la stanza non è come si vede in foto, é molto datata e tanto tanto scomoda. Saltava di continuo la corrente elettrica, non avevo l’impressione di essere in un luogo perfettamente pulito.. insomma, Sicuramente non ritornerei

Regalato tramite smart box, la camera era carina e confortevole peccato che clienti precedenti hanno ingiallite con mozziconi di sigaretta il tavolino , la pulizia del albergo non era delle migliori, (nel palazzo ci sono più strutture ricettive) la posizione é buona vicino alla fermata metro "repubblica". Le proprietarie sono molto gentili ti contattano tramite whatzupp perché la reception non é open h 24
