The hotel is one of three other hotels spread out in the same building. The entrance area is more like a construction site. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to ride in the elevator. So the waiting time is a little longer.
The hotel is on the 6th floor. The reception is rarely manned. The workers who renovate the remaining floors sleep on the 5th floor and were sometimes extremely loud (door slams shut all the time)
The bathroom was large but broken in some places. The bathtub was installed crookedly, the rod fell out - so taking a shower was a hassle.
You shouldn't leave any worthless things lying around in the room, because sometimes the cleaning staff doesn't always lock the door.
The location is relatively ok. One is close to the roma termini - the train station. However, one should not stay there in the evening. The smell and the countless homeless people are frightening.

Let's start with the fact that it is one of the few that I was able to book taking advantage of an emotion 3 gift package. At first glance the room seemed normal and recently renovated then looking around for a moment I noticed the bathroom door swollen with humidity, ruined bedside tables and this is the least. The problem is the bedspread with several stains and a tear in the center, the curtain stained with blood, finally I go to take a shower and as soon as I turn on the water the jet breaker on the phone pops out causing the water to come out directly. Really bad room.

Shabby room to say the least, dirty, the bathroom indecent. Unfortunately I didn't take photos. At the time we were supposed to check in, no one answered the phone, so we went there and found another number next to the elevator. We find a grumpy gentleman and he doesn't explain anything to us. The only photo is the facade and it is the only thing you will find the same.

I booked the hotel through Smartbox because I needed a base hotel to visit Rome. I must say that the location is excellent (close to 10 minutes from the Repubblica metro station) and the street appears very quiet; Despite this, I believe that this cannot even be defined as a hotel, but as a guest house, as the reception is non-existent and the only way to communicate with the hoteliers is the WhatsApp channel. The minimal, nice room is clean enough but not too much, but completely different from the presentation photographs. The wooden door was practically cracked and the carpet was very damaged. On the second day there was no water and we had to wait a while to use the shower and bathroom. The reception wasn't the best. Nice place, but I wouldn't go back.
