Far from the city center, the room was old and had a strange smell. I could hear noises like the toilet flushing upstairs. The internet was terrible. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay.

This hotel felt like a complete scam and is absolutely not suitable for a family stay. The facilities are in very poor condition. The hair dryer was almost broken — when using it, you could clearly hear loose parts rattling inside. The soundproofing was terrible: at night, we could hear toilets flushing from the neighboring room and the refrigerator repeatedly restarting, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no electric kettle in the room. When we asked the front desk for basic items such as a power adapter, charging cable, or even to use a microwave, the answer was always “No.” No alternatives were offered and no effort was made to help. Service was extremely disappointing, especially from one female front desk staff member. She wears heavy makeup, glasses, has dark, dull-colored long hair, and is slightly heavy-set. Although she looked friendly at first, she turned out to be the most rude and unhelpful staff member we encountered. On 27 December, I found a nearby Sports Center on Google and asked her to help make a simple phone call to check whether it was open, as we do not speak Italian. She immediately insisted it was closed because it was a public holiday and refused to call to confirm. I explained that Google showed it was open and asked again, but she repeated that “public buildings do not open on the 27th” and would not help. In the end, we walked there ourselves and confirmed that the Sports Center was actually open. When I later told her this, she simply said, “Oh, I didn’t know. What I checked showed it was closed,” and continued talking defensively instead of apologizing. The issue was never about who was right — it was about her refusal to provide basic assistance. Housekeeping was also not done. When I entered the room, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided or visible. After returning later, the room had not been cleaned. When I asked why, the front desk claimed it was because I had placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which was untrue. Again, the guest was blamed instead of the problem being resolved. Overall, this hotel showed poor facilities, lack of basic service, and a very unprofessional attitude. If you want a comfortable, honest, and stress-free family holiday, do not stay at this hotel.

Far from public transportation, the bed is too soft.

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly, and a plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended.

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Suitable for business, although the subway is not close by walking distance, but the price is good. The distance to the surrounding attractions is acceptable

If there is no taxi, it is very inconvenient. If you are a free traveler who walks a lot, it is difficult to take the subway because the area gets dark quickly in the winter and the shopping district is far away. However, there is breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the accommodation was clean. The staff seemed busy. I want to stay there again next time.

The room was seriously too small. There wasn't even a single closet in the room where we could put our belongings. It is not suitable for couple stays longer than 1-2 days. Slippers, kettle, hygiene kits etc in the room. There is none. To get it, you have to go to the reception every day and tell it. As for room cleaning, although they came every day, the piece of paper that fell on the floor remained for 3 days until I picked it up. The floors were never swept. Although water should be put in the room every day, water was not put in our room for 2 days and when you reported it to the reception, they tried to sell our free rights for money. The only good thing about the hotel was its breakfast.

Safe, sanitary, rich breakfast
