Location wise this hotel is great as the Pantheon is within 5 minutes of walking distance. Very small room. Overall, in my opinion this more like a 2-3 star Hotel instead of 5 stars.

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. If you want comfort of this level, this is not the place for you! There is no lobby as such, well, not the worst. The reception stinks of a terrible air freshener, either Indian incense or something else. But it is definitely not the light aroma of cleanliness and comfort of a 5 star hotel. I booked one night before returning to Moscow, the room was paid in full. Upon check-in they asked for a deposit of 300 euros, it is not written anywhere. When I asked, what if I do not have it? I am flying out early in the morning. They told me then we will not be able to check me in, that's it! The service is godlike! The hair dryer in the room does not work, I found out about it when I was driving to the airport at 9 am with a wet head. The button in the toilet sticks 🙈 And the shower is clearly old, the pillows are also terrible, a trifle but still. It is impossible to sleep in a room with a view of the street, it is noisy. There is also a room with a view of the wall! In general, there are many wonderful hotels in Rome, but this is not one of them.
