The hotel location is close to Vatican Museum by walking. There are fancy restaurants around it.

They are going through a renovation, so construction noise is sometimes bothering. Also, there are no standard toilletery such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, only plain soap.

The storefront is a four-star hotel, the facilities are two-star and no, the room not only has no water supply, even coffee, tea bags, and even a hot water kettle, are also missing! ! There is no duvet at all, the bed is supplied with a quilt outside, only one bed cover! The bathroom only has cheap shower gel, shampoo is it too! ! The hot water is not hot enough, even only the top of the shower, if you wash your feet also have to wash your hair, even a shower cap is not supplied! The only commendable thing is the attitude of the waiters, which is indeed friendly!

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a 2 star hotel. The male receptionist at check-in also asked that the tax cannot be paid by card, only cash. But when I checked out, another employee let me pay by card without asking. The safe was out of power and the waiter asked to replace it, but he pushed it to the cleaner the next day, and of course he didn't replace it. The cleaner came in without knocking on the first day, and it was 9 am. I don't usually write reviews, but I can't stand it.
