Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo

Stayed for three nights, and getting to attractions was smooth. They provided a complimentary minibar, though I didn't have much time to enjoy it in the room, it was still a nice touch to have the option. I needed a late checkout until 2 PM, and the front desk offered it for free after I registered as a member, which was great. Facilities are a bit old; the hairdryer had to be stopped frequently while using it. Overall, it was very good.

The photos from the hotel rooftop are amazing, especially those taken while sitting by the pool with the Colosseum in the background. They're fantastic!

The service was incredibly thoughtful. We booked two nights; the first in a single room, and the second in a larger room. The front desk staff proactively brought up the new key card and offered to help with our luggage. Check-in was efficient, only taking a few minutes. The hotel has plenty of water readily available in the rooms and lobby. You can see the Colosseum from the top floor, which is beautiful.

This hotel is located in the heart of Rome, just a few hundred meters from the Colosseum, a mere 5-minute walk. Other attractions are also within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety. There's a rooftop pool and a terrace with great views. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small, and in the twin room, there aren't enough charging outlets; one of the beds couldn't be charged from a nearby outlet.

The location is great, and the hygiene is fine. The rest was just okay and good. For a 4-star hotel, you'd expect a bit more. All in all, a good hotel.

Great location with a bus stop right outside the hotel, the Colosseum just 500m away, and the metro close by. The parking was under renovation, so we had to park elsewhere. The best part of the hotel is definitely its rooftop pool with a view of the Colosseum!

Fantastic hotel with a great location, very close to the arena. They even held a room for us for a late check-in.
