Hotel Morgana Reviews

The room service is good. We were assigned to the other building, and the staff helped us push our luggages to the other building. The views were pretty good and the room had a bit of Elegance in it. The elevator also felt very vintage. The location was also very convenient because there were good Italian restaurants and diners next to the building. There were also nice €1 souvenir stores on the street if you want a souvenir. Adding on to the convenience of the location, the train station was 2 minutes away if we wanted to travel anywhere.

This hotel, just around the corner from Termini, turned out to be wonderful. I stayed for one night; the room was clean and fresh upon arrival. Check-in was almost instantaneous (I arrived at 6 PM, which helped), and I was given the key right away. I checked out in the middle of the night, which was also quick and polite at the front desk. I paid the tourist tax and they called a taxi for me as requested. Everything went perfectly, I highly recommend it. P.S. The Termini area itself is known for being a bit rough with homeless people and marginalized individuals, but that's no fault of the hotel. Given its close proximity to the train station and major attractions, I still give it a 10/10, despite the local 'African elite' roaming around.

Very good location to access Termini, where it is centre point of all interest points.

Excellent location. Close to the central train station, Big Bus Tours and metro. One mile walk to the Colosseum. Staff is very curious and professional.

There was an attempted robbery right at the hotel entrance in broad daylight!

Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Overall passable for a single night if you need a stop over near the station

Location was great and near the train station. Nearby shops and eateries for convenience. However, the only problem was the toilet pipes. other than that everything is good.

Decent hotel

Nice room and all thing is perfect

I liked the comfortable bed with a hard mattress. I liked the breakfast, but the coffee was bad and there was no readily available hot water to even make tea. The waiter brought the coffee and tea. I didn't like the price/quality ratio. There were no slippers, the window overlooked the courtyard and the ventilation was clearly audible, and the instant coffee was bad. The room needs renovation as the electrical outlets are in poor condition.

The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful during check-in. We only stayed one night, but the room was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows and sheets were fantastic. There was also complimentary coffee and water. I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for when I have connecting flights at Termini.

The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small. The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance, but the area is not the best, with homeless people roaming the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, but we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. I wouldn't have noticed if the elevator had been spacious. The rooms are old, the furniture is tired, and the TV doesn't have a smart TV, only Italian channels. Overall, the price/quality ratio is almost right, with a few minor niggles. It's fine for two or three nights.
