The service was incredible. It was clean, spacious, and had a terrific a**osphere. The location is perfect! A few minutes walk from the metro, and only a few stops on the train to get to the centre. The Vatican is a beautiful 20 minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes and traditional Italian deli’s are near by, the area is alive and bright! The breakfast offered was traditional and the perfect way to start your day and adventures in Rome. The host Francesco is by far the best host I have ever experienced. He went far and beyond of what was expected of him. He was kind, helpful, friendly, vibrant, and had great recommendations. He became a friend rather than just a host. I have him in part to thank for the absolutely wonderful experience I had in Rome. Roma (non-si discute, si ama) Thank you Francesco!

DO NOT book a room here. The host refused to let me stay and took my money. If you do not follow his rules exactly he will not let you stay there. I was a day late due to travel issues and he would not let me stay the other 3 days. Took my money and refused to compromise. DO NOT BOOK

Super location: tutto perfetto. Stanze nuove, pulitissime, accessoriate, accoglienti. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Francesco pensa a tutto (anche all' oki ed alla Tachipirina!) Posizione ottima e quartiere tranquillo. Valida anche la colazione al bar con tocco della Sicilia!

In pieno centro questo bnb è il connubio tra comodità e silenzio, per non parlare della pulizia. È adatto a coppie e a chi viaggia solo e se poi vogliamo parlare di Francesco, il proprietario, gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, il migliore!

Wij hebben genoten van het appartement van Fransesco. Hij was een goede host. Het bed was uitstekend en alles was netjes en schoon. Er was een kofffiebarretje aanwezig waar we gratis gebruik van mochten maken. Fijne tijd gehad en we komen zeker nog eens terug!
