Great staff and service.

I had problem with the air condition during all my stay they came three times to fix it but no solution!

Not recommended. The room is not big, the service is mediocre, the breakfast is mediocre, the surrounding environment is mediocre, and the rooftop restaurant is not Michelin-starred. I highly recommend it. The price/performance ratio is not good.

Very good check-in experience, good service, five-star standard, and a good location.

Average room, good breakfast

Having stayed in many hotels across the world, Hotel Splendide was still able too provide the wow factor. Beautiful room, well appointed, with every amenity. Service was beyond great - when the doorman remembers your name it's a positive sign. Location wise, easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and close to Spagna metro station. Roof top bar is to die for - not cheap but worth it for the impeccable service, and staggering views of the city skyline. The restaurant is top class and clearly a Rome go-to place to eat. This hotel makes it into my all time favourite top 10.

Superb hotel in every sense - staff and service were first class, room was excellent and the best breakfast in Rome. Plus a rooftop bar with views to rival any other. Don’t miss it if in Rome.

I can not say enough great things about our stay at the Hotel Splendide Royal. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, the rooms are very large and spacious, and the staff was incredible! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay! Rooms are spacious and have wonderful bathrooms! Service was nice, from bell hop to front desk, to the turn down service - everything was wonderful. Even in the winter season the sky bar was our favorite part! Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but it will do. Amazing restaurant on location for dinner!

Great location. Safe property. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Upscale area.
