The price of this hotel is quite value for money for a very basic stay, especially considering the location near Termini. It includes basic breakfast as well.The room is simple and the facilities are minimal, but acceptable for a short stay in Rome. When we arrived at night, the male receptionist was excellent — very friendly and welcoming. He even reminded us to be careful with our belongings in the area, which we appreciated. However, our experience the next morning was unfortunately the complete opposite. The middle-aged lady at reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming, no hello no god morning, when we walked to the lobby, she rudely asked what is your room number, u need to pay for your dog etc like we are somewhat an intruder. It’s very shocking for a start to the day. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, yet we were repeatedly told what we were not allowed to do — we couldn’t bring our dog near the breakfast area and were given strict instructions in a very unfriendly tone. Our is small dog, we would appreciate that kinder treatment More concerning was the inconsistent and dishonest pet fee. The site clearly states the fee is €11, but she initially tried to charge us €25. Is she trying make some petty cash out of it? After we showed her the site information which clearly says €11, she changed it to €15. When we questioned this, she sarcastically said “Nevermind it’s free” then want us to pay again. We found her attitude very inappropriate and disrespectful. The hotel itself is already very basic, but poor customer service makes the experience much worse. It is disappointing that a hotel would allow such unprofessional and discourteous behaviour at the front desk, as reception is the first impression guests have. While the price may be reasonable, the negative service experience makes it difficult for us to recommend this hotel.

The smell in the room, especially the bathroom, was quite noticeable. It wasn't a sewer smell, but another unpleasant odor. The location is excellent, being close to the station and not far from tourist attractions, so I'd recommend it unless you're very sensitive to smells. The breakfast has a lot of sweet options, and the quality is low.

Awful hotel! Don't waste your money, time, or nerves. I felt utterly uncomfortable regarding both the accommodation and my safety here. Everything was old, dirty, and broken. The walls are paper-thin – you can hear everything happening in the hotel. The door, especially, looks like it was previously kicked in. While it's located near the train station, it's right on what seems to be the most crime-ridden street, full of homeless people and sketchy characters. I absolutely do not recommend it.

⚠️ Terrible experience – do NOT stay here! The breakfast was awful, and the place is extremely noisy. The bedsheet was already torn when we checked in, yet they blamed us for it. Their attitude was very rude – knocking on the door like they were smashing it, and shouting at guests instead of communicating politely. The female manager openly sided with the cleaning staff and completely ignored the guests’ concerns. Even worse, I seriously suspect they go through guests’ belongings. You are required to hand over your key every time you leave, and when returning, I noticed that my room did not look the same as when I left. This raised serious concerns about safety and trust. Overall, it was a horrible stay and nothing but trouble afterwards. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place!

To be honest, I didn't read any reviews before booking and simply relied on the price and location, plus breakfast was included. The location is excellent – it's just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station and about 25-30 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, so everything is within easy walking distance. There are many cafes nearby, and a small supermarket isn't far either. The breakfast was a bit basic, mostly consisting of sweet pastries, bread and toast, various jams and butter, two types of cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, coffee, water, and two types of juice. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's best to go early as the best items are quickly snapped up, and some aren't replenished by the hotel staff. Overall, though, I'd say it was adequate. The room itself was a bit dated. We arrived an hour before check-in and were immediately allowed to check in without any issues. They gave us separate beds as requested. The beds were comfortable, and both the bedding and towels were clean. There was a fridge and a strange but functional air conditioner. Housekeeping was daily. We didn't have high expectations for the hotel, so overall we were pleased. For a one-night stay and considering the value for money, it's a decent option. The only frustrating thing was the city tax, which isn't a one-time charge or per room, but rather levied per person per night. There was a nice view from the window.

BE CAREFUL! The hotel's conditions are TERRIBLE. The rooms smell damp. The AC doesn't work. During my visit, the toilet was clogged and dirty, and the shower was broken. When I turned it on, it started to run, spraying cold water everywhere. The reception staff was incapable of helping due to their lack of education and poor intelligence. I had to leave after booking three nights, losing my money for the reserved days. The staff denied everything, and the hotel took no responsibility. The breakfast was of poor quality, just ham, cheese, cereal, and sweet bread. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY or risk your comfort, your partner's, or your family's stay at this hotel. It doesn't even deserve one star. Everyone I saw during my five-hour stay was clearly disappointed.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. There was a very bad smell coming into the room, especially every time the bathroom was used or the toilet was flushed. The smell was so strong that it became difficult to breathe. Sometimes the bad odor would suddenly start on its own, even without using the bathroom, and we had to open the windows to get some fresh air. This issue made the stay very uncomfortable and affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Good location , near to everything but disappointed by service, no iron for clothes ,there is only one iron which is available for all rooms and it is not good , breakfast was good, rooms need renovation.

In this case that I stayed at the hotel 2 nights after making a reservation made with you  from 8th December to 10th December (booking number ****************), I wanted to stay in one of the rooms for another night from 10th December to 11th December, while I was typing the reservation the date jumped and I didn't notice and a reservation was made from 9th December to 10th December I don’t need as I was stayed at the hotel on that date. When I found out about the mistake within an hour of booking, I contacted the reception at the hotel and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact you, and that's what I did. I stayed at this hotel. The room is completely unsuitable for accommodation, and the service is very bad.
