Hotel Champagne Palace

Very good and it is conveniently located near the Termini. The hotel is clean and very comfortable

The staff were very professional and upgraded my room which I greatly appreciated💞There us a 7 th floor seating area adjacent to the breakfast dining area which can be used at one’s liesure with amazing views. The location is excellent and the decor is well appointed. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Place is rather smaller than expected. However for the price it is a decent catch. Received ****** comments from another old man guest, wasnt well settled

I had diarrhoea for 48 hours in this hotel. It was disgusting. The beds were already soiled with someone else’s brown stains so I might have got it from that. I wanted to enjoy Rome and all its beautiful food but all I saw was the pharmacy and this horrible hotel.

We have read so many reviews about this hotel some good some not that great. At the end I would like to say that forvthe money value and the location the hotel is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel inside is very antique I would say. The rooms are clean yes there are some imperfections but you dont come to Rome to stay all day in the room but to see the city. So my opinion its with it. Its literally 2 min walk from Train station Termini. If yiu want to have a good breakfast 4 min walk from the hotel there is a cafe washington. Amazing staff and quality of breakfast. If you want to have good quality of great pizza there is in a distance of 4 min walk restaurant Llangollen di Napoli. The staff is amazing and yhe food is great. The photos are not related to the hotel but to the places to go for good food.

Booked from them before. We were sick and asked for a late check out. They refused and charged us €110 for 5 extra hours. When I book on trip.com, it is only €70 for an extra night. Absolutely insane.

Very close to Termini station and just a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore. The single room was not too small. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I had nothing to shower with and had to ask reception for a tiny piece of soap. The TV had no channels installed, so it was basically useless. There is no complementary water in the room which would have been great after a long flight. Seeing it advertised as a 4-star hotel from the outside, I honestly expected more. The worst part was the shower in the morning, which was cold. Taking a cold shower in late December was not a good start of the day. WiFi worked well. I could also smell cigarette smoke coming from other rooms. It didn’t bother me much, but it might be an issue for others. The price was convenient, but next time I’d rather spend a bit more and choose another place.

Unfortunately, the accommodation and services provided were significantly below the standards expected of a 4-star property, and the experience did not correspond to the description presented on Trip.com at the time of booking. The condition of the room, the overall structure, and the quality of services were inadequate and misleading. Furthermore, during my stay, there was at least one day when the room was not cleaned, which constitutes a clear failure to provide basic hotel services. This lack of service greatly affected my stay and comfort.
