Overall good but no service to deliver our luggage to our room

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Good central location for touring Vatican

Ok hotel

Great hotel. It's very close to visit the Vatican and St. Peter. The rooftop is so beautiful. Breakfast is almost the same as the Italian ones. Bread, coffee and ham. The only drawback is that there is a slight shaking due to the train passing underground.

This is a hotel that has been here for many years. The room I stayed in was small but it was fine for one person. The breakfast bread was delicious.

The rooms shake all the time due to the road traffic , very unwelcoming reception, rooms donot look like as in photos , it seems the photos come from another hotel

Nice hotel for tourist stay. Building is aged, some features aren't too great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Overall a very good budget experience though, we were pleansantly surprised.

We were so pleased with our stay here - the staff were wonderful, friendly and great with our kids and the hotel itself was just what we needed. Breakfast was plentiful without being overwhelming, the room was clean and spacious and regularly cleaned for us, the location was great - a stone’s throw from the Vatican and a seven minute stroll to the metro. All for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t fault it, if we come back to Rome we will be back!

This was a great palce to stay. The room was bigger than i expected and very clean. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast crew who were wonderful. I woukd recommend and definitely stay there again.

Really nice hotel and walking distance to Vatican City which was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and there was always someone at the lobby to offer assistance. The cleaning lady was also super friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The hotel is near everything but the condition of the hotel is not so good. At night when the big cars go through the road you could feel the hotel tremble like a turbulence. The elevators are small. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff are friendly .

Staff was friendly and helpful, property outdated and no ice , no vending machine, iron is located in lobby not rooms.

The Hotel staff were excellent. Very convenient location. Was disappointed the lovely bar with the incredible view was not actually part of this hotel. Booking a table was challenging - but well worth it. Lots of nice cafes close by.
