The air conditioner was broken and making a very loud noise. The staff member was dismissive, and said a refund isn’t an option and it’s cold at night. The bathroom was also mouldy in the shower and dirty upon arrival. It is also a very noisy spot along the street.

Our stay at Imperia Suite was a series of disappoin**ents from start to finish. Here’s a detailed account of our experience: **Not Very Nice Inside** The first impression of the hotel was underwhelming. The interior was far from appealing, with outdated decor and a general lack of cleanliness. **Horrendously Loud Air Conditioner** Upon entering our room, we turned on the air conditioner, only to be met with a horrendously loud noise that persisted. When we reported this to the staff, we were told nothing could be done and that it wasn't hot (though it clearly was). They insisted a new one had been ordered and it was working fine yesterday (which was irrelevant to us). We threatened to leave if nothing was done, but they refused to offer a refund. The owner finally arrived 30 minutes later with a technician who managed to reduce, but not eliminate, the noise. This overall took around 1.5 hours. This was done without any apology. Later that night, the air conditioner began making noise again. **Mess Left After Attempting To Fix Air Conditioner** After the air conditioner was pulled apart and put back together, a mess was left in the room. We were assured it would be cleaned up while we were out. However, we preferred it to be done while we were present, to safeguard our belongings. We waited in the room for 10 minutes, but no one showed up. Eventually, we had to change the bedding ourselves and push aside the dirt on the floor. **Mould and Dirty Bathroom** The bathroom was another major issue. There was mould throughout the shower, it was dirty upon our arrival, and the sink plug was broken. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. **Unhelpful and Dismissive Receptionist** Throughout this entire ordeal, the main receptionist was dismissive, rude, and failed to offer any solutions until we threatened to leave. While the owner eventually intervened, it was the receptionist who was the primary source of frustration. An apology or offer of compensation from the owner would have been appreciated, but was never given. **After just one night, we decided to leave, as it was simply too unpleasant to continue staying in such conditions. **

Lovely bed and breakfast. Basic but very clean and modern. Very close to bars, restaurants and metro which is 4 stops from the colosseum. Owner extremely friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Hii, wanted to say thank you so much to Paolo! Great guy and helped us with everything, its a cute boutique hotel, located in a calm area of rome but also near the metro which is really convenient, 3-5 min you are at the termini station which is central , Great rooms, cleaning everyday, Be aware that its 7 euro city tax per night, The rooms are slightly different than in the photos but they are pretty and aestethic, Thank you again for the stay!

My Flight arrival was at 8:45 pm to FCO, Imperial suite had been contacted by my travel agency via phone 8 day in advance of arrival time; and this responder had emailed hotel 3 times ( March 2022, April 2022, May 2022) informing them of late arrival they did not respond to any emails; subsequently this responder notified the travel agency and asked for their assistance. Phone call was made by the responder's travel agency directly to the hotel Imperial Suite to request late night check in but Suite reported they would not do so and continued to refuse any arrival after 8:00 pm. Subsequently traveler was forced to make a last minute registration at a significant cost increase due to losses of "early registration". The original booking made and paid for February 5, 2022 travel between May 5,2022 and May 18, 2022. Imperial Suites reported that it would refund money. To date have not receeived the refund. Be very vigil in registering witth this hotel.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The host wasn't welcoming at all with and had a very bad communication. We was waiting for italian hospitality and we found only bangladeshis people asking us for extra money, for things we had paid once. I dont suggest it at all.

Initially they told us that check-in was around 12 so that's fine we leave the suitcases on the ground floor and take a tour of Rome around 1.30pm we return to the room and the room wasn't ready yet, the suitcases remained where they were we had left them and obviously we carried them up the stairs because the structure does not have an elevator as it does not have a public bathroom inside.

Disappoin**ent. We arrive at the reception, an Indian who doesn't even speak Italian well welcomes us, but he is kind but we expect someone who at least speaks Italian in the capital. The rooms are old, ruined wardrobes and furniture. During the night you can hear all possible noises, people slamming doors, talking and walking, very sensitive walls with almost no insulation. Hard bed, very soft pillow. Disappoin**ent, the photos show large, beautiful and comfortable rooms but unfortunately it's just an illusion, good at taking the photos. Very poor breakfast, only the croissants are good. Not recommended.

As soon as we arrived we read: TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE 2014. Well, they must have remained in 2014. Old rooms that all need major maintenance, Suite prices, but in reality they are old bedrooms and a bit in decline. Dirty living room on the 2nd floor with dirty and old furniture, on the first floor there is a small breakfast room. The breakfast is good, fresh croissants and good coffee and cappuccino made by the boy. Here, honorable mention to the guy at reception, very kind and very nice and professional. One night 170 euros including tourist tax. A steal for the quality of the rooms. The only positive note is that it is 200 meters from the Unitelma Sapienza university.
