Perfect location close to trains, metro, buses and with all major attractions within walking distance. The reception staff are extremely friendly and service minded (especially Roberta). Perhaps the cleaning staff could step up a bit (they forgot to clean our room twice during our week long stay). The lock to our room was broken after a probable break in which meant it was tricky to open.
But despite the cleaning and the door lock we will definately reebook the hotel next time we visit Rome.

The lady interception was really helpful when we got there and really polite. The room was nice tidy clean sheets. The shower in the bathroom was a bit rubbish. It was cleaned every day. Definitely no complaints and would go again

The property is a small hotel on the first floor because of this it was a very personal feeling with the staff. The best part of the hotel was how the staff made us feel. They told us how and where to go. They gave us a map and detailed everything. I would go back in a second

We have stayed at Suitedreams several times in the last year and consider it our “home away from home” in Rome. Consistently good standard of a no fuss hotel room offering. Extremely convenient for Rome Opera and Roma Termini Station.

Clean, convenient to rail system and a nice staff. Our room was very quite and comfortable for sleeping. We would book here again.

The hotel is really nice and has some really nice rooms with good amenities, in Friday’s and Saturday nights unfortunately it can be a little loud so if you need to be up early just something to note! Otherwise a really lovely hotel with super friendly staff (especially Rebecca at the reception who was so helpful!)
