The residence is very well connected, close to the B metro stop, and is in the heart of EUR. The apartment is spacious and clean, the Residence staff is very kind and always available, both the reception staff and the cleaning staff, coordinated by the housekeeper, Mrs. Gelsomina, who is a truly very kind, attentive and attentive person. scrupulous.

The Residence, which was very modern in the 70s, has evidently never been renovated and is now very dated. Clean sheets and towels, while the cleanliness of the apartment and bathroom was insufficient, let alone the disinfection necessary for Covid. Our apartment, very large and on two levels, still had the original furniture and faded sofas. The kitchen consisted of a couple of iron cabinets repainted in red, with malfunctioning electric hobs, the cold water tap that remained in our hands, the dish drainer dirty with grease and rusted, a coffee maker unwatchable due to dirt and it broke while we were opening it. It would be enough to replace it with an IKEA kitchenette... In the bathroom, at a certain point, it rained from the ceiling, from a dark stain, and wet the objects we had placed on the shelf and the toilet. The staff were very diligent in redressing all our complaints but the fact remains that it is not possible, even with a large apartment, to ask for what was asked for. Too expensive for a situation like this, never encountered before.

We stayed for a few days in this residence, in an apartment on two floors. Very large, comfortable and clean rooms. The kitchen was a little sacrificed but functional. Nice surprise a fantastic walk-in closet that I would like in my home! The furniture is a bit vintage but overall comfortable, especially the double bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw .. the bar-restaurant next door (not of the residence), which attracts many young people and stays up late to the detriment of the quiet of those who have the rooms directly above. However comfortable and convenient environment for travel by metro and bus. We will be back on a next Roman holiday ... see you soon.
