It was hard to find the hotel. Not well signed as its frontage is off the Main Street.
The night porter was good as I accidentally pulled on the emergency cord in the bathroom thinking it was an exhaust fan and he was at my room within 1 minute. Gracias despite it being a false alarm. The mattress was extremely hard but they provided a thin mattress topper which helped. The early evening receptionist was brilliant but the morning one was shall we say abrupt And not engaging. She claims she didn’t understand my questions BUT didn’t take the time to engage me face to face and kept looking at her screen. If you can get past her abruptness is was an ok place to stay. Closeness to ROME was a benefit.

Very convenient location, close to bus station for any direction and 15 minutes by walking from subway. Silent room, clean, with a small kitchen, cattle and fridge. Very good breakfast, Perfect service, nice and friendly staff. Parking is a bit complicate as space is narrow.

The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted, away from the most touristy area and perfect for resting, but well connected by bus. Very good breakfast!

This hotel is probably 20 mins on Bus route 30 away from the centre but easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us, Juan in particular. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, oddly for a room with a microwave and sink there were no utensils. We had a really good trip. Breakfast was standard continental and coffee was amazing. Thank you for your amazing hospitality

The room was spacious, the bathroom was very complete, the only drawback I would have would be that the beds were a little hard. Communication with the center is very good, by bus, many pass by, one passes every 20/30 minutes. The staff is very friendly, they answer any questions right away and help you.
