Really substandard communication from Palazzo Nainer. My flight was cancelled and I had to adjust my trip, and though I contacted the hotel to try to work out an accommodation for different dates, they never responded! All I can gather is that they don't care.

The room price is more than 2,000 yuan a night, and the room facilities are not as good as domestic Home Inns! It’s really outrageous! ! ! ! ! ! ❌The water in the sink is blocked, the water volume in the faucet is very small, one side of the faucet is broken, there is a hole in the quilt cover, and there are spider webs on the lampshade👎 The soundproofing of the hotel room is very poor, with wooden partitions. You can clearly hear people walking in the corridors of the room and activities upstairs! ? ! ! However, such a hotel is actually labeled with four stars? ? ? ? ? ? Apart from the location being a 10-minute walk from Plaza de España, there are no advantages! There is also a serious problem with the settlement of room charges! The exchange rate is calculated based on 7.98? ? ? ? ? ? It can be seen that during the period from 2/15 to 2/24, the RMB exchange rate against the euro has never reached such a high exchange rate! Is this a money grab? ! ? ! ! ! !

The room is not big, but well-designed so you won't feel cramped. The location is very good. It is very close to People's Square and Plaza de España. It is convenient to eat and play nearby. You can have a drink and enjoy the scenery on the hotel terrace at night. It is very comfortable.

The location is unique. Givenchy is next door. Shopping is convenient. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. If I come to Rome, I will choose to stay again.

It has been almost a month since I stayed in this hotel. I was just brushing my teeth and suddenly thought of this. I think I am one of those people who basically don’t comment unless something “special” happens. This hotel is the last stop of my trip to Italy. I booked it on the train before arriving in Rome. The room price in June is very expensive. The price I booked is a deluxe room for 6000+. All I want is to be closer to Chanel and have a sofa. bed It was already seven or eight o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. We were very tired at night... We were told at the front desk that we only had the last room in the hotel without a sofa bed (the front desk told me that I needed to call in advance to make a reservation, but it was clearly marked on the xc). After several negotiations, I was given We got a room with balcony (the hotel appointed deluxe room) I was really tired and it was our last night so forget it Arriving at the room was really surprising! The rooms may not be as big as the bathrooms in five-star hotels in China. The mirrors are broken and have not been repaired. There is a very strong "scent" in the room. As for the balcony, I took a look and it was just a balcony. It is true in Rome that others can bring in flower beds. Very unsafe. I'm really sorry I didn't take any pictures! But what’s interesting to me is that I really like this hotel, so I wanted to leave a review! The price/performance ratio of this hotel is definitely low, but the location is really great! You can walk to Chanel in five minutes! It means it’s a shopping paradise! very convenient! And it only takes half an hour to walk to the Vatican. In addition, the hotel will take good care of your luggage and call a taxi for you quickly when you go out! very convenient! If I go to Rome next time... I will be very conflicted about whether to stay in this hotel again. Most likely it won't be because I don't like the room so much, but I 100% deny it. I think it still has its shining points. If you are wondering whether to make a reservation, my suggestion is to try it if the price is right because the attractions near the Trevi Fountain are difficult to take a taxi and can only be walked.

The hotel is located in a great area. Close to a lot. My biggest issue was the breakfast was 25 euros a person. 50 for me and my wife a day. That is absurd. Its a normal continental breakfast. Nothing special at all. We have stayed all over Europe and breakfast has been included or reasonably priced. We stayed 4 nights and that would have ran us 200 euros if we ate there daily.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made the stay a delight! The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, great area but small room, expected for the area, tasteful remodel

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, very attentive to all of our needs. The rooms were amazing and clean. Was able to walk to great restaurants and very walkable to all the main attractions. Will definitely return on our next trip to Rome.

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Very helpful & obliging. Very nice roof top bar with nice views. Great location with good restaurants convenient to hotel. Room was a bit on the small side but would highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone is very nice! The location is fabulous and the hotel is great. They could improve their breakfast. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful!
