Let's talk about the pros first... The hotel is very close to Termini train station, Aurelia let me leave my bag until the afternoon because my flight was in the afternoon, and I also got a room upgrade. I didn't have a good rest in the hotel, the bathroom was in terrible condition and the privacy was poor. Breakfast was not good either, no milk was provided both mornings. Traffic noise is loud and hotel activities are loud. The water heater was not working properly until Aurelia came and the repairs resolved the problem. The lid is high up on the toilet tank, and when the tank fills up, cold water comes out of the shower. The bathroom was terrible, very cramped and the toilet cubicle had no lock. Kitchen dishes should be washed and washed in the toilet. Aurelia was nice and friendly, but the hotel really needs to pay attention to the poor state of the toilets.
