Beds are 100 years old. No cover for the sheets. Water on the last day did not work. Rusty shower. Unsanitary room.

there was a slight confusion at first but it was quickly resolved due to the fast response time of the owner/owner’s sister which they were able to give a brief but thorough rundown of the hotel. it was in the center of EVERYTHING which was amazing. beds could be more comfortable & going up/down the stairs at night may be a little bit creepy but otherwise nice place!

This place could use an update, the bathroom is falling apart missing knobs in the shower. The matress is terrible, we had extra pillows and bedding in the closet, but it no actual linen for them.

It was exactly what an American wants from an economical room in Rome. The location was perfect. Close to everything! The room was absolutely charming with a window that opened to the street. The size was adequate and the antique furnishings were perfect. The woman who took care of the rooms was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The host was FANTASTIC and helped us in many ways during our visit. You should stay here!

Location...Location...Location! Cozy and clean.

Location was perfect, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and about 5-10 minute walk from the colosseum and Roman forum. The room was clean and tidy. What more could you want?! Would deffo recommend to anyone wanting to visit Rome.

The location was great, the service was great, the room just as the pictures. I will give it 10/10.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of towels provided, but no means of drying them as the heated towel rail only worked when the heating was on, which it wasn’t. It is located on the 2nd floor, no lift available. There is a raised step running across both the corridor and inside the room, which is not marked and is dangerous - we both fell on it several times. The shower thermostat was erratic and the drain smelt of sewage. There is no sound insulation, so the occupant of the room above woke us at 6 a.m. and crashed about for two hours before leaving, and in the evening they put the washing machine on at 10 p.m. We won’t be going back.

Central location to everything in Rome. Clean, basic, perfect.

Posizione ottima, camera esteticamente bella, problemi con pressione acqua calda, lavandino tappato, piatto doccia. Finestre non oscurabili, solo una tenda sottile. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Migliorabile, la base è ottima.

Stanze ampie, comode e pulite. Posizione invidiabile e strategica, silenzioso. Host gentile e professionale. Consigliato a coppie che vogliono vivere Roma al massimo di quello che può offrire a due (veramente due) passi da via dei Fori Imperiali e dal Colosseo
