It was a nice stay. The hotel is massive, many floors and rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. On the flip side, the shower is very small and my shower door was broken. Overall good value for ~100 euros, hard to compete with their prices.

The hotel located in very very perfect location. Just doorstep from the main station. However room is a bit old but overall inside was clean. If considering with location, overall restaurant and hotels nearby. This hotel considering as your perfect choice. Also internet wifi is very fast. Worth to stay.

Stayed for a night when i reached rome and it was really close to termini station. Room was very basic. Good for short stay

Perfect location just 5 walked to Roma Termini. 30 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Renascente and Colossium. BF still the same menu for my 4 nights stay here lol.

The hotel is right across from the train station, but I have to say, Rome Termini station is huge, and I had to walk quite a distance around it to get to the hotel. I landed at the airport at 11:30 PM on a Friday night, and after taking the bus directly to the station, I finally reached the hotel around 1 AM. Rome has increased its police presence now. The room was incredibly run-down and basic, nothing like the nicely renovated rooms shown in the pictures. The faucet was ancient, and there was no hot water at night, whether early or late. I didn't experience hot water for my face until after 8 AM the next morning. I booked two nights for about 70 euros per night, but with a 6 euro city tax per night, I paid a total of 12 euros to the hotel. No hot water! I was freezing after my shower the next day! There was no heating in the room either. I turned on the so-called central air conditioning, but it was so loud it was unbearable! The service was decent though. The room was cleaned daily, and there was a safe inside. You could ask the staff for a kettle. Luckily, breakfast was included and it was pretty good, served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Having spent two nights without hot water or heating, all I can say is that the conditions were extremely rough. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at during my travels in Europe, and it wasn't even cheap! You might want to think twice before booking here.

Trip.com change our hotel to Hotel Regio at the last minute. Hotel Regio location was good, near Rome train station, very noisy in the night. Hotel very warm as no aircon, told by reception, air con is switched on for a couple of hours during the day and no aircon from evening to the next morning. Buffet breakfast not much spread and if go after 8:30am guest needs to wait for staff to refill food, cups and utensils, very slow service.

Old building, well maintained, small room with no drinks in room, super location just next to train terminal and metro station. Good attractions within walking distance, breakfast at €9 provides, fresh orange juice, boiled egg, cheese, salad, cold cut and bakery, value for money.

We only stay 1 night. So it was good. Location is excellent! Staffs are super friendly and very helpful Baggage storage and restroom are good! Inside the room quite old. Bathroom floor very old, bathtub did not have drainage cover.

Very near to rome main train station The room price reasonable

Location is perfect for transit travellers. It is at the doorstep of Rome Termini and you can take the airport bus or train easily. Food and supermarket nearby.

The hotel staff were very helpful, great location. The room was clean and the shower hot. I would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. The room was pretty tight without good insulation: you can hear the noise from the next room. Except for the towel, no drinking water bottles nor coffee machine. No hangers for towels either. The front desk service was great. We prepaid for the breakfast but we had to leave very early. Mentioned the the front desk the night before so that they could prepare a takeaway breakfast for you when you checked out 🫡

Very good, clean and comfortable, close to the train station

It was amazing stay in Roma. The location was so convenient to take train, the room was clean and had a bathtub, just less amenities so you might want to bring yourself.
