Отличная мини гостиница в обычном итальянском доме на втором этаже. Общая кухня и отдельные санузлы в номерах) мне очень понравилось. Хозяин очень добрый и веселый) это гостиница в обычной большой квартире, есть ресепшен, двери в комнатах хорошие, закрывается на ключ. В комнате двухместная кровать, кондиционер, окно, телевизор, холодильник, шкаф, рабочий стол. В ванной унитаз, биде, раковина, душевая кабинка. Мне повезло и я был в квартире один, так что было очень классно)

Excellent room, clean, comfortable, the owner Pietro was really friendly and helpful. The negative was that the place there was a little bit creepy at night but we didn’t had any problem. In the morning it’s safe and all the people around the neighbourhood are friendly. Last but not least it’s a little bit far from the centre you need to go by metro. I totally recommend it !!!

Great, inexpensive hotel to stay in Rome. It was a little tricky getting in, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Because these rooms are in some kind of an apartment building, you have to ring in. The concierge was not there at the time that we arrived, so we were a little confused about the whole process. We ended up ringing in another 'hotel' and got help from him and he guided us in. Everything was further complicated because our call was not going through (we're from the USA), so trying to reach the hotel was frustrating.

This is a wonderful hotel located near the Vatican.
Its staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
We will definitely stay there again.

This little guest house is amazing. It’s very cheap, has the Vatican on a 10 min walk, the colosseum is a 22 minute walk and everything is very accessible. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s not luxury and it’s not fancy, but it is very clean and will be sufficient for saving money to your trip to Rome. I’m a very picky and very clean, this little hotel was just perfect.

The guest house is located around 53 Euros by taxi from AirPort FCO.
We stayed for one night and then checked out because the neighbours were too noisy. The room was very clean but not sound-proofed.
The owner is very service-minded and helped us with paying only for the first night. Thank you very much for your help.
