Exceptional hotel , superb location , staff were so helpful , we dealt with Nadia and Lucy first class service . Clean, safe, friendly staff that were beyond helpful this Hotel had everything you could think of available they even washed our clothing I really could not have asked for more from this accommodation

AFTER OUR FIFTH TRIP TO ROME WE RECENTLY STAYED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THE APART HOTEL BABUINO 79. UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE GREETED BY LUCKY AT RECEPTION WHO TOOK US TO SEE AND SHOW THE WORKS OF THE TWO ROOM APARTMENT 13C.TO OUR SURPRISE THE APARTMENT WAS NOT WHAT WE HAD EXPECTED BUT 100% BETTER. THE FURNITURE MADE US FEEL LIKE HOME AND ALL THE GADGETS IN THE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WERE SUPERB . THE LIVING ROOM WAS PERFECT AND THE TV EVEN HAD NETFLIX INCLUDED. THE FULLY EQUIPPED BATHROOM WAS ANOTHER PLUS AS IT WAS IN SUITE. CLEANING SERVICE WAS DONE ONCE A DAY AND TOWELS CHANGED. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT SURROUNDED BY ALL THE WELL KNOW SHOPS AND OF COURSE THE LOCAL ONES BUT ON TOP OF THAT ITS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL THE HIGHLIGHTS AND TWO BLOCKS FROM THE PLAZA ESPAÑA, WE EVEN WALKED TWENTYFIVE MINUTES TO THE VATICAN . ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT IS THAT THE STAFF NADIA,CARLOS ,LUCKY AND ESTEBAN WERE MORE THAN HELPFULL IN ALL WAYS, I WOULD SAY MUCH BETTER THAN STAYING AT A FOUR OR FIVE STAR HOTEL, THIS WAS "PERSONAL TREATMENT". WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND BABUINO 79 TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND IF YOUR IN ROME THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY AT.

Comfortable bed, great location. Very helpful front desk. Kitchenette great for breakfast prep, lunch and light cocktail prep for using patio. The dishwasher was very helpful. Bathroom is a bit small but not unusual for Rome.

From start to finish this place delivered! The location was wonderful and the staff cannot be beat- it really was our home away from home! The A/C worked wonderfully and we really enjoyed beating the heat in our adorable apartment. Lucky was a gem. Of all the places we stayed on our European vacation, this is the place I can’t wait to return to!

We were in a split-level room that was very comfy and all furniture in good condition, etc. Good lighting and air-conditioning. Minor moan would be difficult to access fridge as door clashed with folding doors 'concealing' kitchen area. The apartments have a shared lounge on third floor with comfy seats, coffee and meeting space. The area is great - lots of cafes and restaurants down side street nearby, although the street it is in is mainly high-end fashion shops. Near to large park with many museums in.

Love this place. One of our favorites. From the staff, to cleanliness, to our beautiful suite, and great location. Would definitely stay here again.
