Hotel St Martin by Omnia Hotels

I checked in at 3 PM, and even though there seemed to be plenty of empty rooms, I was given room 102, right across from the elevator on the lowest floor. The soundproofing was terrible, it was like the door was open the whole time, and the constant traffic in front of the elevator severely disrupted my rest. Out of the four toiletries provided, two were almost completely empty, clearly left over from the previous guest. One of the female staff members at the front desk looked as if I owed her a lot of money, with an incredibly impatient expression. I've traveled to many places and rarely complain. Even if something isn't great, I usually just let it go and don't make demands. I'm always polite to people. So, my overall impression of this hotel is very poor.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, and there's a supermarket not too far away. It's a proper hotel, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is decent. I'd recommend it.

The room was clean and came with disposable cups, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They also provided a complimentary bottle of water. What was really bizarre was that the housekeeping staff threw out our disposable toilet seat covers. When I talked to the front desk, they said, "We usually don't do that," so who did? At least they promised to remind the cleaning staff. The next day, they didn't throw them out, but on the third day, we came back to find our new ones had been removed again. Honestly, it's speechless. If my English were better, I'd definitely have had a word with them.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet. It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient. We rarely saw Chinese guests, but the hotel was very friendly towards us; the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was spacious with two large beds and a small balcony. However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

This hotel offers an excellent stay – it's very clean and the rooms are spacious. We wanted to extend our stay in Rome for an extra day, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

The room was quite spacious for European standards. The location is excellent, right outside a metro station, with convenience stores, cafes, and a pizza place nearby. Absolutely fantastic!

Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.
