Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The lady receptionist who checked us in on the evening of 29 Dec 2025 came across as quite rude when I asked about the room I had booked. I paid more for a specific room configuration (1 double bed + 1 single bed), but was instead given a smaller room with only a queen-size bed, which did not match my booking. While the hotel offered complimentary welcome drinks to compensate, there was still around €50 price difference compared to the room I originally booked, so the gesture didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience. That said, credit where it’s due — the male receptionist on the morning shift was very helpful and professional in assisting with settling the room arrangement. On a positive note, breakfast was the highlight of the stay — genuinely the best part 😝

The hotel was very clean, both in the guest rooms and the common areas, and the service was reliable and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. Although it is a short walk from Termini Station, the location is convenient, with a pharmacy nearby. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-situated hotel!

The gym is too small, smaller than the guest rooms. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The room was very spacious, the location convenient, and the decor quite nice. It's comparable to a good 4-star hotel in China, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast spread was generous, and the service was attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

New hotel at quiet location and spacious rooms. Unfriendly front desk staff (guy) who is biased towards foreigner and deliberately made us wait and took extra long time to chat with local guests.

Bathroom condition was poor, with the faucet coming off the tap. Air conditioning or room temperature cannot be adjusted. Sleepers need to be asked for, they are not in the room. No sewing kit even upon request. Shower leaki g even 15 mi utes after use. 7€ extra for an omlet, even if you pay for breakfast

Wonderful hotel! New! Big bed and spacious room! Roomy bathroom and big shower with tub. Located next to the metro station so very convenient. 10 minute walk from Rome termini station. We enjoyed our stay although it was only for one night. It’s also quiet but convenient location. Although not close to all the tourist sites, it’s next to the metro station so very convenient. The environment is excellent, and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao. Restaurants and supermarkets are all very close by. The hotel beds are incredibly comfortable, and the front desk service is fantastic.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant — the hotel has an excellent location, a nice environment, and the facilities are very new. However, the service from one young female receptionist was quite disappointing. At check-in, she asked us to wait while she “checked the room,” but during this time, she processed another couple’s check-in (same room type) right away and handed them the key cards. She never called us over, and after we had already waited for about 20 minutes, I went to ask her. Only then did she act as if she had “forgotten” us and handed us the cards, saying the room was ready. This left us with a poor impression, whether it was negligence or simply an unfriendly attitude. Later, when we realised there were no tissues in the room, we called the front desk to request some. Unfortunately, no one ever delivered them, and after that, the front desk phone was no longer reachable.

I stayed for three consecutive nights, and I had some cash in my room. On the second day, I discovered 300 Euros missing. Just a reminder to everyone: please keep your valuables safe and secure.
