Location nice. And hotel friendly. Easy for traveler. Comfortable

The room was spacious and well-equipped. When we checked in, the two rooms weren't together, but the handsome receptionist was very helpful in arranging for us to move together the next day. He even showed us different rooms to make our selection easier, which we greatly appreciated. The only two minor drawbacks were: 1. One of the rooms facing one side had a fake window, so we couldn't actually see outside; 2. The rooms on the first floor were too close to the lobby, and we could clearly hear people talking late at night. The staff later helped us by closing the fire door, which improved the soundproofing slightly. If I have the opportunity to come again, I think moving to an upstairs room would be a perfect experience.

I chose to stay at this hotel because I was going to visit the Borghese Gallery. Borghese, to the north, has a fantastic environment for morning runs, and the location and transportation are also good. The highlight of the hotel's facilities is the rooftop restaurant, where you can see the sunset over Rome – an unforgettable experience. The only downside is that the hotel's public facilities are a bit outdated.

The hotel in Rome wasn't in a great location, but it had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, the price was reasonable, and the stay was comfortable – it felt like it brought me good luck! The pasta nearby was especially delicious, and there was also Thai food. There were very few Chinese people, mostly Americans. It wasn't a busy area, but it was quiet and safe. The food at the tourist attractions just couldn't compare; it was so delicious!

A very pleasant experience! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and to my liking. The baked basil tomatoes were exceptionally well-made and delicious. Every staff member was very dedicated. When we asked if we could buy a power strip nearby, they lent us one and told us where to buy one. It's a bit far from the scenic areas, but overall it was excellent!

Very nice and modern hotel located on the south side of Villa Borghese (near Porta Pinciana). Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Stayed here for the second time. The location is very good, the room is clean and modern, and the top floor restaurant has a great view of the Acropolis. The breakfast is rich, and you can also see the walled city from a distance. There are many restaurants around, very close to Constitution Square and the shopping pedestrian street, and not far from the Acropolis. Good value for money.

Friendly service, clean and quiet rooms, about 20 minutes walk from Plaza España.

The front desk gave me a room on the first floor, close to the front desk and the road. The music played in the restaurant on the roadside was very noisy at night, and someone talking at the front desk in the early morning could be heard in the room. The sound insulation was average. The towels in the bathroom were not clean and had black stains that looked like footprints.

When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, the lips of the hotel front desk spit out: "In Europe, one person lives in a double room for one price, and two people live in a double room at another price. One person needs to pay 20 euros more per night." Your words are so subtle that it is really difficult for me to respond to your words. When I stepped into the room from an exquisite outdoor garden, my mood was as if the green plants at night were unable to photosynthesize. When the front desk took out the iron-like lock to open the door, my mood was as heavy as the iron piece in her hand. Stepping into the room, I looked around and saw the colorful lights lighting up my gray night. After looking around for a long time, I didn't find a bottle of purified water, a disposable toothbrush cup in the toilet, or a useless toothpaste. I used a hard toothbrush to give my teeth a bath. Wow, when you turn on the hot water in the shower, cold water comes out. You can’t tell me it’s really amazing. This phenomenon-level scene rarely occurs in reality. It is recommended that this hotel be awarded a Nobel Prize. It is difficult to imagine how to use the hot water valve to pass through the water heater, and the final flow out is cold water. Brilliant, this hotel is really underwhelming in such a small place.
