I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, public transportation, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and their attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and high-quality options, catering to different tastes. The restaurant also served delicious meals with excellent presentation and attentive service. Overall, this hotel delivers a great combination of convenience, hospitality, and quality dining. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

The location of the hotel is very good, 7-8 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The room is small but the price is very high, but there is a pitfall! The water and coffee in the room are free only on the first day. We stayed for three days and no one told us. The price we paid plus the city tax was 1700-1800 per night, so I would give it a 2.5 point overall.

The friendly service was impressive. The room itself was small, but it had everything you need. There were Illy coffee capsules, and I remember there were hotel-provided slippers. The location is great for sightseeing. There are some good restaurants nearby. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a 5-star hotel.
