The hotel's ventilation was really poor. We were given a corner room on the first floor, and if we opened the window, all we smelled was kitchen fumes. But if we kept it closed, it felt stuffy, even though the highest temperature in Rome was only 20 degrees Celsius, and the AC/ventilation wasn't working. The breakfast was decent; one day during our three-day stay, they even had egg-fried rice. It's quite close to the train station, but dragging luggage along the road was a bit of a hassle.

Conveniently located near Rome's Termini Station, this hotel offers easy access to dining and transportation. It's also close to attractions like the National Roman Museum, the Roman Theatre, and shopping malls. Hermes hotels near Termini Station tend to be quite pricey, but this one stands out with excellent service. After checking out at 12 PM, they even offered complimentary luggage storage until 11 PM. The room was fully equipped. While European hotels often don't provide toiletries, this one went above and beyond, offering disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, soap, and even face cream. Free WiFi was also available, making it comparable to what you'd find in a hotel in China. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The location is convenient, about a ten-minute walk from the train station, and just over ten minutes to other attractions like the Colosseum. Rome isn't that big, so you can walk to most major sights, and the metro is also handy, with a station not far away. Remember, if you don't throw away your metro ticket, you can save one Euro on your return journey by inserting the old ticket into the machine next to the ticket purchase slot. There are many restaurants nearby, Antica is recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the train station, it's spacious and very clean. After checking in, they even had someone escort me to my room. This is easily the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Europe.

The decor is very stylish, the place is easy to find, and both parking and transportation are very convenient – truly commendable. The overall experience was great. Check-in was very professional, and the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind. There's a restaurant right next door that, to my surprise, even offered a Chinese menu. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for Europe. It's true that the cost of living in Italy is lower than in France and Switzerland.

The hotel service was good, and the breakfast was quite rich. There are many dining options nearby, probably because it's next to the train station, which also has a supermarket downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room is big and near to rom termini . The food around the hotel is not nice , suggest to go far place

The single room was absolutely stunning and offered incredible value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini, is absolutely superb. Most importantly, all the room facilities were impeccable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and quiet. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and eateries right downstairs.

The room was small but clean. We stayed for 3 days, and then another day after coming back from Florence. When checking in, you can ask for a room with an outside window facing the street. Avoid rooms with inner windows facing the courtyard, as they can feel a bit cramped.

The room was a tad on the small side, comparable to some Japanese hotel rooms, but it was perfectly sufficient for two. If you're traveling with large luggage, fully opening suitcases might be a bit of a squeeze. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location, right by the train station, is incredibly convenient for public transport. It's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel from the train station if you're arriving from the airport. Also, there's a delicious crispy pork panini place nearby. A little tip: the bread can be a bit tough, so you might consider just buying the pork filling and putting it in your own bread later!

Overall, it was a decent stay that met expectations for the price. Cons: 1. The location is average, as it's nestled within a cluster of other hotels. 2. Nearby dining options are mediocre, and there are no proper supermarkets in the immediate area. Pros: 1. The breakfast spread is extensive and caters well to Chinese tastes. 2. The quadruple room was spacious. 3. The boat ride was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and quaint, traditional charm.

The location is good , esay to find food and to the Termini station. And easy to many epic location in Rome. But the staff not to informatif to guest especially from Asian.
