My stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, with hair still left behind. There was no kettle provided, and the TV was not working. The most unacceptable issue was the connectivity. The WiFi was unusable (only 1 bar and very unstable), and even mobile signal was poor. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was good. I do not recommend Room 120 due to serious connectivity issues.

It's not super close to Termini Station, so if you're lugging a big suitcase, it can be a bit of a trek. I appreciated having slippers provided, and the staff were friendly. The elevator was quite old, which made me a little nervous, but it worked fine. It's perfectly adequate for a night's sleep, and there were some great restaurants nearby.

Location is perfect close to main terminal and easy to go many places by walk or bus or subway. Reasonable price with breakfast, cleanliness and room a bit old.

The in-room Wi-Fi didn't work, and the lights wouldn't turn off when I tried to sleep. The sewer smell was also quite noticeable. However, the breakfast taste and staff service were good.

Breakfast is excellent! The rooms are very small, the shower in the bathroom is smallest that I have ever saw. It's smaller than an airplane bathroom. Just for this reason I would not personally stay in this hotel. Other than that the location is good, close to railway station, bus stop and lot of restaurants.

My recent stay with my mother and sister was, without a doubt, the most beautiful and relaxing trip we’ve ever taken together. Our triple room was exquisitely decorated, feeling more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The staff treated us like family, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. They were instrumental in making our trip special especially housekeeping and restaurant staff. The breakfast was amazing. The juices, local pastries, and coffee created the perfect leisurely start to our mornings. A solid 5 out of 5 stars!

Great experience overall: convenient location, close to Termini train station, 30 mins walk to Colloseum. Classic interiors looked a bit ragged but everything worked well. Breakfast wasn't rich but it was enough to eat something in the morning. Room was compact but quiet. I would rate this stay as 9/10.
