It was decent. Not too far from attractions, but not super close either. For Wi-Fi, you had to get a slip from the front desk every two days. The service was good; the front desk helped me get a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't really worth adding on.

I booked a double room, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't available and switched us to two single rooms instead. The rooms were incredibly small, dirty, and *reeked*! 😭 I couldn't sleep at all because of the smell. We were already exhausted and then had to waste time splitting our luggage into separate rooms, which was just despair-inducing. The main problem was definitely the awful smell.

Tucked away in a very quiet alley in Rome, I felt quite safe. There are still restaurants around for a late-night snack, which is nice. It's a bit of a walk to the metro, but Rome is a city perfect for city walks anyway. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich, and the lobby has a very artistic vibe. The outdoor garden is a great spot to smoke or relax. The rooms are clean and tidy, and choosing a room with a balcony was an excellent decision.

Great location, close to the bus stop. The service was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi.

Although the hotel feels a bit old, its cleanliness and sense of luxury made that hardly noticeable. Above all, the reception staff were lovely, kind, and friendly. As for the location, if you're used to hotels right next to a metro station, you might find it a bit inconvenient, but the area isn't bad considering its proximity to Termini Station. I only ventured out until around 10 PM, but I didn't feel unsafe at all.

The room you see advertised might not be the actual room you get. Rooms in Rome are generally small. It's not too far from Termini Station.

Great little hotel in a nice neighbourhood in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby and friendly staff. We stayed here twice at the book ends of our 3 week adventure in Italy. If you have lots of luggage be sure to ask for a decent sized (superior) room. The only drawback was the showers being very small but water pressure was good. Although not super close to sightseeing locations Rome is very easy to walk around and this hotel was handy for our hire car pickup from Hertz in Rome. We would stay again.

Una Hotel is located in a perfect place. Close to everything and centrally located. The breakfast is amazing, and the variety is well worth it. The staff is super professional. The rooms are big and the matress is super comfortable. The hotel is highly recommended.
