Hotel American Palace Eur Reviews

The hotel itself is good, clean, and new. The breakfasts are incomparable, with a huge selection. We also ordered dinner to our room, and everything was delicious 👍 There are cafes nearby, as well as a gelateria where we had ice cream every evening. The only downside is there's no supermarket nearby; the closest one is about a 25-minute walk away.

Air conditioning need more attendtion . Location are Good . 5 minutes to Train and Bus station .

The room was very spacious, and the AC worked perfectly. It was cleaned daily, which was great. The window overlooked a residential area, so it was pretty quiet. From the 5th floor, the view of the pine trees was quite lovely. There are plenty of cafes, pizza places, and even Japanese restaurants nearby. At the Japanese restaurant, there was a Chinese guy working, so ordering was super easy, and he was really friendly! The price was excellent. It's only 400 meters from the metro station, and you can see the hotel as soon as you exit. Breakfast was plentiful, but the dinner bar was usually unattended, making it hard to get a drink, so I went to a nearby place instead. Overall, I was very satisfied! The Rome metro costs 1.5 euros regardless of distance, which is very good value.

Great location , great breakfast , good service . I would recommend for that

For the purpose for which we used it, it had an excellent location - close to the congress center. There are bus and metro stops nearby. It is clean. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we had bad luck - the maid who served our room was more absent-minded, which led to unpleasant experiences - poisoning with a detergent left in a mineral water bottle and loss of personal belongings - pajama with the laundry. Fortunately, there were no medical consequences. The team reacted adequately and expressed their apologies, they found and returned the lost pajamas. I am sure that there was no intention in her actions, but detergents should not be allowed to be poured into packaging intended for consumption!!

The hotel is comfortable, good value for money. Room was clean and staff very welcoming.

Good to stay

Had a really amazing stay here. Great Customer service, great amenities and great stay. Location is a little bit of a drive for the Rome city centre but overall great stay.

Hotels worth staying in near Rome

Decent, good value for money hotel.

Breakfast was great.

Hotel is very good, the only problem is the window that is not enough sealed to avoid the noise from outside. The cost benefit is good compared with other hotels in Italy. The breakfast is also very good.

Nice hotel

nice location and quiet.
