I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return here again in the future.

They had to switch our room because the hot water didn’t work in our first room. When I told the hotel clerk about it. He was like well no one else complained. Basically calling me a liar. Until I had them come check for themselves. The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a very busy street so lots of traffic noise. But they make you wear a pool cap to be able to swim, and the staff is not so friendly. Also, they close the pool and lounge chair area of the pool at 6:30 which is way to early imo.

A decent hotel, very clean. Could provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast could include Congee for ASEAN travellers?

No cleanliness even after multiple requests, zero service and amenities.

The room is much smaller than it looks in pictures but it was neat and clean. The location is 30 minutes away from major sites and if you're taking a cab, that's 30+ euros each way. The staff was not very helpful. The complex had 3 buildings, the least they could do was to help you find your room and make sure you're settled in. Instead... they send you off on a hunt on your own. I got lost twice, having been tired and traveling for a while. The staff could also definitely use a few courses on customer service, empathy and politeness. I thought my room came with 'breakfast included', apparently not. That was fine, I had no issues with paying. However, the waiter checking off the list for the breakfast said, 'I'm sorry ma'am, breakfast is not included for your room'. No instructions on how to acquire that option, just abrupt, no. A simple, 'No worries, you can ask for assistance at the front desk if you'd still like to have breakfast with us this morning'.. That would have gone a far way. Mind you, when I checked in, the receptionist did say that breakfast was available and pointed me to where I should go, but failed to tell or remind me that my room did not include breakfast and or offer me the option to add this to my booking. That would have saved me that embarrassing and unnecessary debacle. With that said, there were 6 people at the front desk when I was checking out, 2 actively working and the others doing God knows what.
