Very convenient location, it is very near to the subway station, and across the street, we can take the tour bus, I like the employees they are really very kind, and the breakfast also was very good.

Great Localisation but pictures on the booking app don't reflect the reality.

No fridge or roof area. But location was great and staff were great. Don’t go to any restaurants near this hotel though. Especially with the old man. It’s a scam

I want to be as transparent and open-minded as possible. Initially, I had booked Hotel Sistina highly recommended to me for my needs. A few days after booking I was notified that the room booked was no longer available. I was asked to book at another hotel. I asked your staff to take care of this, to find a similar hotel with the same service and they did. I had booked Hotel Sistina as they had meeting rooms, lounge and bar area, and different amenities. Your staff booked me at Hotel King, for 4 nights. Though the Hotel was close to the destination and centrally located in no way did the Hotel meet my simplest needs. It had no lounge area, no bar, I could not meet my clients as I had anticipated, therefore had to change my meetings to elsewhere as I had trouble walking this was a total disaster and disappointment. The Hotel, better to say a B&B. Had no TV in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, no lounge area for meetings, no bar service, very limited continental breakfast, and paper-thin walls, you could hear people speaking, coughing, and talking on their mobiles, Flushing toilets and shower water running during the night. Room service left a lot to be desired. The beds were made, that’s about all, the coffee table cups were never washed, nor were the coffee or tea capsules replaced, had to ask the front desk to get new ones. The situation was so noisy and uncomfortable that I only stayed 3 nights, I preferred to pack my bags and lose the payment for the last night. The convenience was the location, centrally located. The staff at the front desk was polite and did their best to accommodate me but they understood the situation. What was surprising was that the Hotel Sistina, that I had booked and received confirmation about, was only two doors away but has been closed for the last 6 months as it is totally under rehab construction, why did Trip.com not know about this????? Next time I’ll know better.

The location is quite good. You can walk to the fountain within ten minutes. There are also many brand stores nearby. However, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the sound of the TV and speech next door. The room is a bit small compared to the first few photos when booking a hotel. Room

The room was very small, but the location was good and the service was pretty good. I suggest not booking a single bed room, but a twin bed room, which will be bigger and a safe hotel.

+The location is very good. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Plaza de Espana and Borghese Park. The reception staff are also very friendly. Luggage storage service is also available. The bedding is clean and the cleanliness is good. I like the tile floor. - The room is long and small. There is not much room to open the suitcase. There is no refrigerator. There are cracks or worn parts in the bathroom shower booth or sink. Amenities provided are disposable cups for brushing teeth, shower gel and soap. Breakfast is very simple. (Some breads, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, coffee machines, juices, jams and teas are all available. There are no salads or fruits.) Among expensive lodgings in Rome, a single room like this is not bad for the price. It was a short itinerary and the time I stayed in the hotel was not long, so it was okay.

Excellent location. Clean. Enjoyed the balcony. The bed was hard and the one pillow each was not enough and flat, no support. The reception staff were pleasant.

Perfectly nice hotel with incredible excellent location- 2 stops from Termini station, steps from Spanish Steps and restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. Hotel is no frills, but feels safe and shower is really nice! AC worked perfectly and got nice and cold! Honestly a perfect stay.

The hotel has some good and some bad points. I chose based on its great location being minutes walk from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Room size was perfect , fridge with balcony terrace. On the downside the beds are hard and difficult to sleep on being a side sleeper. The aircon was super noisy and the opera cats in next door theatre can be heard (if you want some early shuteye). On my final day I made the mistake of asking to call a cab, being told to walk down to the piazza and hail one. But in all my Rome experience was great and location was perfect.

Valid option for a one night stay in Rome. The hotel is central, easily accessible from public transport and close to all the main landmarks. Terrace is amazing for a morning coffee with a splendid view
