Very old rooms in a building - not really a hotel Staff kind and polite - accommodation is shabby and very basic - plus side is it’s about 6/8 mins walk to Termini

"Satisfied" is all i want to say. Comfortable, clean, hospitable, friendly and helpful staff.

The room is relatively small, but clean and sanitary. The location is very good, close to the train station. It is a hotel in an old building. The service is not bad. In short, it is a good value for money hotel in Rome. The old elevator is very interesting.

It is located 400 metres northeast of Termini Train Station. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with a small refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle and other facilities. The window can be opened to a certain position, but the room is newly renovated and smells of paint. The bathroom is small and the shower head has a low flow. Free wifi was good.

The hotel is located near Termini, convenient to get to anywhere in the city and to the airport. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The hotel building itself is old, but the rooms are clean and renovated. The room is modest, but has everything you need - shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, wardrobe, TV. There is an unpleasant smell in the shower room because there is no ventilation. There are blinds on the windows, the room is always dark. If your room faces the courtyard, don’t open the window, it’s dark there! The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the blanket is good. The hotel is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. I can recommend the hotel for one or two nights.

It has a very good location. The bad thing is that the air conditioners were not working. The good thing is that it was not hot because if not, you can imagine. It has a good location, the bad thing is that it seems like they were bordering you but the rest is fine.

Elevator with door that gets stuck and leaves you locked inside. The area where the hotel is located is surrounded by high social decay. The hotel itself isn't bad and the staff are friendly enough too

The overall situation is okay

Nada del otro mundo tanto en lo bueno, como en lo malo. Me ha llamado la atención la poca presión del agua y que el asiento de WC estaba partido y el arreglo consistía en vueltas y más vueltas de cinta aislante blanca.

Плюс один - близость к Термини. "Отель" занимает 2 верхних этажа в одном здании с другими отелями. Лифт старый, при выезде не работал, чемоданы спускал сам по лестнице. Оплатил 2 ночи в улучшенном двухместном номере. Заселили в очень грязный номер возле ресепшена. Поменять отказались, типо все занято. Следующих гостей из Китая заселили в наш тип номера👎. Поспал 3 часа, так как всю ночь звонил домофон. Хозяин компенсировал неудобство двумя бутылками воды, очень щедрый🤣 Отменить вторую ночь отказались, но поменяли на маленький номер на верхнем этаже. Было менее шумно, но грязно все равно. Возможно, нам не повезло, но мы переехали в другой отель возле Термини за такие же деньги и там все было гораздо лучше.

Отличный отель, очень близко к вокзалу, можно быстро доехать до туристических мест. Номера приятные и чистые. Идеально соотношение цены и качества
