Good point : Close to airport, Parking space, Clean & modern facility, Kind staff, Enough breakfast menu Bad point : Weak air conditioning Overall, I'm satisfied.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, initially we booked a hotel with parking, the hotel coped with this task by 5. It takes 20-26 minutes to get to the metro at a fast pace, 6-7 stops to the center without transfers, but you walk to the metro along a very narrow, dirty path along the road. At first glance, the hotel is clean, but we were apparently unlucky with room 108, it is on the first floor near the reception, an additional door does not protect from listening to the conversations of the staff, it is also impossible to open it, the reception workers and guests like to talk on the phone for hours in the shade under the windows. The bedside lamp in the room did not work - we fixed it ourselves, on one side the bed just groans when using it, the door to the bathroom does not close from the side of the room, the toilet flush button is broken, because of which you need to make an effort to stop the flow of water, the shower is leaking, we forgot to put the water in, as well as replenish cosmetics, when checking in, the towels were terribly old. Breakfast is sufficient, there is a nice terrace and a lady at the reception.

The location is right on the side of the road, the facilities are average, the door can be opened with a key, the elevator is very small, the breakfast is average, remember to bring your own slippers and toiletries when you check in, other things are OK

Only stayed 1 night, friendly staff and good breakfast with various alternatives. The structure itself is not bad even if it seems a little old. Mattresses to be replaced. Excellent quality/service ratio.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, often chosen for its convenient location and free parking. The staff is very kind and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is good.

Muy serviciales, me ayudaron a guardar mi maleta antes del check-in y también después del check-out. Todo estuvo muy limpio, la atención fue excelente y me sentí muy cómoda durante mi estancia.

카운터 직원분 진짜 친절함 최고! 근데 수건냄새 하.. 침구류 냄새 하...... 빨래 직원은 교체해야할듯.

Many thanks to Sandro who made me feel welcomed when I first entered the hotel. I arrived at 9+am after 13 hours flight and my room was ready to check in. Sandro is incredibly friendly and helpful, he patiently showed me the map on how to get around by bus and metro. The rest of the staff are also very nice, such as Paula, Ayman, Giancarlo, Marco and not forgetting the young team of cleaners. All the staff at Raganelli Hotel are truly exceptional and made my stay wonderful. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back again.

Clean modern hotel, quiet and not much in the area but literally across the road from a bus stop into the city. Paula checked us in, she was funny, informative and friendly. The hotel is about 40 mins on public transport (2 buses), 1 hour 10 mins on foot or 20 mins in a taxi from the centre. The breakfast is continental but fresh and the coffee and baked good of good quality. The beds are clean and made up daily but the pillows are a little hard. Don’t expect a beautiful view but the hotel cannot help this.

Wonderful friendly hotel. Can I start by thanking Sandro, Paula and Bruno for their hospitality and help during our stay last week. They are so friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to help when we got into a bit of a fix at the Colosseum. (we forgot to bring our passports). The hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are serviced each day. A free safe is available in each room though if you like your tea bring a travel kettle. The breakfast is continental style with plenty of selection and the coffee is amazing. A supermarket is just a short walk away with an excellent selection of products you may need. Cornelia tube station is a good 15 minute walk away. You can buy tickets there from a machine but the tap and go from your bank card is very handy. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in Raganelli. I would highly recommend it.

So I booked Rome with my partner and hadn’t ever been before or knew where to book and raganelli hotel came up which looked like a really nice hotel. Upon arrival it was around 20min taxi from airport which wasn’t too bad, got to the hotel and check in was easy the guy on reception (can’t remember his name) was super helpful gave us a map and circled where everything was and told us how to get to the metro station. The room was very clean we stayed in room 111 so was first floor at the front of the hotel, you could hear traffic and sirens but didn’t find it a problem to sleep with, the room was a nice size didn’t feel crammed in, shower and everything was absolutely fine, it got cleaned everyday fresh towels e.c.t everyday. The drinks bar was lovely, prices weren’t too bad compared to Rome city centre. There was a cafe right next to the hotel which we went to for breakfast which was ideal they did lovely crossiants and cappuccinos! We walked to the metro station everyday which was around 30 mins to get to which wasn’t bad but just meant we had to be out all day, there was a bus stop outside the hotel which also takes you to the metro station but we just walked it. The metro was super easy to get we paid €15 for a 48hr ticket which you can use as many times a day you want and it’s easy to know where you’re going once you’ve done it once. There was also a supermarket that was ideal round the corner around 7 min walk from the hotel where we bought snacks and drinks from to take back to the room too. Paula who was on reception was really helpful and sorted our taxi back to the airport on our last day she was so lovely as all the other staff were. I would 100% stay at this hotel again couldn’t fault any of it and we didn’t mind the walk to and from the metro station even when our feet where sore😂
